Sandy Hook, Corrupticut - Pulling Back the Corrupt Curtain - Videos
The post is going to be a long one, but contains very important information. So please bear with me. (If you wish to skip to the end of the story, and the most scathing videos of all, then skip down to below the line of asterisks for the latest in this ongoing saga of Corrupticut.)
Mr. Wolfgang Halbig began questioning the Sandy Hook "shooting" just a couple of months following the event date of Dec. 14, 2012. He later went public with his concerns doing radio interviews.
From the second he came on the scene he has been attacked without mercy by many.
Wolfgang Halbig has had numerous attacks to his character, his intentions, his methods. This assault has included numerous nasty videos, blog posts, and even whole websites dedicated to destroying him. He still courageously went on.
Mr. Halbig stood up to some of his attackers, such as Keith Johnson, and debated with them on numerous occasions just to be yelled at and called awful names. Wolfgang has even received death threats... all because he had some simple questions and told everyone he was going to try and get those answers through FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act) requests. Apparently this was not liked up in Corrupticut. These were questions that should have been simple to answer and documents that should be part of the public record.
Wolfgang said this is what he was doing, but "Hoax Truthers", as they like to call themselves, like Keith Johnson, accused him of lying about doing this and called him a fraud.
Mr. Halbig, with the aid of a friend, started a GoFundMe page to raise funds to pursue this matter stating that he was going to use the funds collected to hire a CT Attorney to file the FOIA requests and assist him on his trips to CT, cover his travel expenses, etc. The GoFundMe site was taken down by GoFundMe without even notice to Mr. Halbig. Only after filing a complaint or requesting a reason for the take down of his fundraising page did Wolfgang find out that they had shutdown his page because one of these "Hoax Truthers" had threatened the website.
(This particular "Hoax Truther" is one I cannot even type his name because if you do, he will file copyright claim for using his name. I am NOT joking about that. He has done it to many, many, many people researching and asking questions. If you file a counterclaim against the copyright claim, you must provide your private information...and you guessed it, you will be the victim of his groups' coordinated, vicious attacks. They then turnaround and share that information with their cohorts and can and do publish this private information, such as name, contact email and phone on their various webpages and/or make videos, publishing it with that private information in it. More than one person that has had to endure these attacks has had their relatives contacted via phone and email, place of employment and employers contacted also through phone calls and emails. There even have been a rally in their coordinated group for its followers, the "Hoax Truthers", to join a campaign of contacting the person's local CPS (Child Protection Agency) to go and remove these victims' young children from their home. The harassment goes on and on.)
Then in December 2014 Mr. Halbig shared all of his personal documentation and resume items of who he claimed to be with the background he had been claiming he had with a certain person. That person was the researcher and video maker that goes by the name ProfessorDoom1 who made a video to show it.
The attackers still continued their relentless pursuit of trying to destroy Halbig and even claimed Wolfgang had not filed the FOIA requests.
ProfessorDoom1 had an informant/researcher that resides in the state of CT. He was able to do the "gumshoe" work, go to the FOIA Commission office in Hartford, CT, and review the files. This informant and researcher was able to document these FOIA requests by taking photographs of them. He documented that Wolfgang had in fact been filing FOIA requests, 27 of them, dating as far back to February 2013, just two months after the Event had taken place. Halbig was the Claimant on these documents and the named Respondents were ones like Selectman of Newtown, Newtown City Council, Chief of Police of Newtown, the Newtown City Police Department, the Board of Educaton of Newtown, etc. etc.
But yet, there was not one response to any of Wolfgang's FOIA requests in the file, even though they were simple questions to answer like school maintenance reports and should have been kept in their daily/annual record keeping of a publicly funded government entity and therefore a matter of public record, anyway. Also, several of the named Respondents had failed to respond within the timeline under law. (Different FOIA requests had been filed on different dates.) Instead of simply responding, all of these Respondents passed these FOIA requests to the one attorney, representing each and every one of these entities. In the files, there was not one response - nothing, given by these public officials or the ONE attorney, Mr. Monte Frank of Cohen and Wolf law firm, representing ALL the entities.
Mr. Halbig, through his then attorney, Paul Spinella, filed the Reason to Show Just Cause document with the FOIA. Listen from 0:00 to 2:22 mark in this video where the Reason to Show Just Cause document is shown and ProfessorDoom1 explains briefly what is going on in the case. (There are some other things on this video that is a total of 33:18 minutes.)

One of ProfessorDoom1's informants made another trip to the FOIA Commission office. A youtube channel was made named Sleight of Sin to share the documents publicly from the files.
(The narrator on the Sleight of Sin channel does a fantabulous job, but I must warn you - he has a sharp tongue and some may not like his profanity. I am sure you will understand the frustration he is experiencing in his pursuit of truth, but what he is exposing and the EVIDENCE he is providing is vital in the service to us all.)

So it appeared that Halbig was finally going to get his lawful day in court, finally, and his FOIA simple requests were going to be answered in a public hearing scheduled for March 31, 2015, at 9:00AM only 13 calendar days away. Mr. Halbig made all the necessary travel arrangements from Florida to CT so he would arrive one day before the hearing and would be there in attendance.
Sleight of Sin posted this update on March 25, 2015, only 6 days before the scheduled hearing.

Then on March 28, 2015 Sleight of Sin posted the video below which shows that Mr. Monte Frank had requested the hearing be postponed, because he was taking a vacation. The law states, explicitly that a postponement of the hearing could not be done for vacation purposes, but ohhh well...stay tuned to find out how HE could in this case and did.

As the narrator on Sleight of Sin channel and one member of the team of friends that resides in CT helping Mr. Halbig explains, the court system in CT is known to use the tactic of saying a hearing has been cancelled, and then when the party fails to show up at the designated time...they claim they failed to appear. (If that had of occurred, Mr. Halbig would have been stopped at that point.)

Monte Frank from the Law Firm of Cohen and Wolf along with the Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission have been caught in what may well be a conspiracy to participate in obstruction of justice.
The story unfolds like this. Wolfgang Halbig hired a lawyer named Paul Spinella AND HIS Law Firm to represent him in the Freedom Of Information Act request, put forward to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Commission.

Mr. Halbig had been waiting 18 months for the hearing to happen. Finally Mr. Halbig was scheduled to appear on March 31, 2015 and present his request formally in order to find out more details on the Sandy Hook Shooting incident. However opposition lawyer Monte Frank from the Law Firm of Cohen and Wolf has stalled once again by indicating he had in fact been called away on an urgent business meeting he must attend out of state. (Mr. Halbig’s lawyer Paul Spinella informed Mr. Halbig it was urgent business) when in fact it was a booked holiday.

With all the legal shenanigans that had gone on throughout this legal process, and particularly in the last few days just prior to the March 31, 2015 scheduled hearing, Wolfgang and friends now thought it wise to be at the FOIA Commission hearing room at the 9:00AM appointed time for the hearing. They also thought it wise to go to the FIOA Commission Office in Hartford, CT to review the documents just 18 hours before the scheduled hearing date. The following article from www.maxresistance.com contains the MOST IMPORTANT video of ALL documenting the multiple acts of corruption being practiced in CT against the citizens whose rights the FOIA Commission is specifically for. The exposure and documentation is absolutely unbelievable!

Its becoming blindingly obvious there is a consorted effort by Monte Frank of Cohen and Wolf as well as the Connecticut FOIA Commission Office of conspiring to commit Obstruction Of Justice. At the very least (after review of the information below) one should come to the conclusion, laws and statutes set forth by the very same Connecticut FOIA Commission Office are being circumvented or blatantly ignored in favor of Monte Frank and those he represents. This obstruction is not towards just Wolfgang Halbig, it is central to understand these hearings are on behalf of all citizens. The laws, orders and statues set forth are specifically outlined in the FOIA Order and should be in favor of the public’s interests rather than personal interests of representative Monte Frank of Cohen and Wolf.
On March 30, 2015 1 day prior to the hearing date. A concerned citizen went to the Connecticut FOIA Commission Office to gain access to the files on the official FOIA request, made by Wolfgang Halbig 18 months prior. The citizen wanted to visually confirm and record the documents within the formal FOIA request files, to ascertain if a formal notification was issued to all parties concerned regarding the cancellation of the hearing date of March 31, 2015. Upon investigation it became very clear an official order was neither agreed upon nor formally sent to all parties concerned in the ORDER. (It is important to note these files were never given nor made available to Wolfgang Halbig, Complainant.)
The information within this video is critical to acknowledge Monte Frank is in fact in a position to becoming the next appointed (by succession) President of the Connecticut Bar Association. Currently Monte Frank is in fact the Vice President of the Connecticut Bar Association. That being noted we can see that favoritism might play an important part on the considered agreement of continuance for Monte Frank, contrary to the state FOIA regulations and the ORDERS outline Statutes NOT allowing continuances.

What will become of this? I cannot say, but I will continue to follow this. The new hearing is now scheduled for April 24 or 25, 2015. Could this be the thing that breaks Sandy Hook wide open? I sure hope so. We must demand answers to questions of our government officials. We must hold them accountable for their actions.
I would like to tell Mr. Halbig and all the researchers and friends listed in this post thank you for what you are doing, thank you for exposing the corruption, thank you for showing all of us the way to expose this corruption. We all need to be attending local meetings, video taping them and making government officials accountable to the people of this country. Documentation, documentation, documentation. If we all are willing to fight for our rights, shine the light of truth upon the them and their illegal acts, perhaps we could win some battles and get back our rights and the foundation of this nation, a representative government for its citizen based on the rule of law.
