The Red [14th] Amendment-Communism In America - WE are not 'THE PEOPLE'
The current governmental system is unlawful and a fraud. The only way it has authority is through the legal operations of the usurpers’ Fourteenth Amendment. The government can only represent people that support it by voting; and the de facto-insurgent states can only regulate ITS citizens by private statutory law. These people are in rebellion against the republican system that was in place prior to the War Between the States. Accordingly, this is why the de facto Supreme Court says things like this:
“In this country, the law in effect in all but a few States until mid-l9th century was the pre-existing English common law... It was not until after the War Between the States that legislation began generally to replace the common law.” Roe v. Wade, 410 US 113
You see, people of the United States of America are not under the principles of the original constitutional system. However they fail to understand that.

L.B. exited the system over 20 years ago, after his own research revealed the key was correcting one’s status under law. By the 14th Amendment: America was transformed into a “nation” (which was not organically constituted); came under the rule of statutory laws enacted by Congress; began the move towards the Federal Reserve, Income Taxes/IRS, and the sweep of socialism that came to fruition under FDR in the 1930s.

A simple summary of matters that surround the 14th…
The system of the world is comprised of the Roman system of law. It is hard to escape it in totality. Even the United States and its original systems under the Articles of Confederation had private law sprinkled in it. The term “citizen” is evidence that a municipal corporation is present (thus you are going to be dealing with “persons”). Private property is held under the “Law of Persons”. The bottom line is, If you are not a “person” you are deemed “stateless” and have no rights to life, liberty, and property….
Which means you have no heritage. You are an island of nothing.
The trick is, there are many layers of law. The 14th Amendment pretty much killed all elements of the common law and made people in the states “legal entities” full time. They are subject to all “private law” under the 14th Amendment, both de facto state and federal. Like aforesaid, All matters of property deal in “private law”. You have to be a “person” to hold/own property/land. The political ties (citizen status) under the 14th Amendment is what creates the problem that makes people in the states subject to all ‘modern day’ legislation by both state and federal governments.
The purpose of correction of nationality (expatriation) is to negate the legal entity status (the “person” status) noted in the legislation under the 14th Amendment. A man’s personal matters then become a matter of strict common law and matters of private law held under the original or de jure principles of “The Republic”. In other words, Which person are you?
The question is: Can we be taxed/legislated on without representation?
The following is an advanced explanation rega
rding the language and intent of Section 2
of the Fourteenth Amendment 1 as explained in The Red Amendment by LB Bork:
First, the relevant part of Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment: Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.
That establishes the legal fiction that all people born in the United States are “citizens of the United States” at birth. Also it establishes dual citizenship; this is a legal principal and/or status that did not exist prior to the Fourteenth Amendment.
Second, now Section 2 of the Fourteenth Amendment: Section 2. Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be
reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.
The two sections make-up a complex formula; what they do are:
1)
Sets forth that all people are “citizens of the United States” under legal fiction;
2)
Establish new apportionment for the inhabitants of each of the several States;
3)
Enfranchise the new “citizens of the United States”;
4)
Disenfranchise the state citizens. In short, this formula is creating a new Body Politic. The “state citizens” that are the members of the several States under the original constitutional system need to be trickedinto participating. This is the main or general purpose of Section 2 of the amendment. Now, note that it was set forth by Noah Webster that an insurgent is one that breaks the law of his country or government. Here is the definition as set forth in the 1820’s:

In the Constitution: “WE THE PEOPLE” does not mean the common or Vulgar People .. which means it is only A Certain People.. (Those Who Wrote the Constitution)!

It is the greatest of fallacies; indeed it might be the greatest public relations stunt ever conceived. It cannot be defined. It cannot be touched or spoken to. It cannot be seen. Ithas no substance.
And yet we as individuals identify ourselves as it with perfectly unhindered irrationality, while at the same time never being able to grasp its totality of non-existence. It is used to describe every last one of us, even when it singles out one of us to bully and plunder. Itrepresents the basis of the entire structure of power over us, while at the same time somehow being us. And the power of it has created the most impressive false dialectic ever conceived in the history of the world.
Monarchies and dictatorships are surely envious of it, for even the most violent of militarized tyrannies cannot match the shear driving force of the consent of it. And all who oppose it have learned that no power in the world, including an act of God, seems to be able to stop it.
