Tony: Good morning, TNT! Today is Monday, March 9, 2015. We currently have 24,000 on the call – a slow morning but it will pick up. I did expect to be here today, just having a different conversation. We will let DC give you the scoop. I think you will be excited We will tell you as much as we can, but we have been asked to be careful (which tells you something.) I was expecting to have a different call, but this will be a great call.

DC: We have been asked by many to be careful and circumspect, and if that helps the process we are happy to do so. For those that don’t care about the details. On Friday we said in 3-4 days we should be ready to go, and that is still the case. It’s 3-4 days from Friday and we are sitting on the Go.

There have been successes in various part so of the world. Various laws and procedures were passed or refined in Iraq so that they can send payments all over at the new rates. All the other laws are sublime, and they added to the whole RV picture.

On Wednesday and Thursday, all the central banks in the world were pinged with the correct numbers, and those were correctly received throughout the world. The IMF and CBI sent out the numbers, and those tests all went very well. We’re thankful to all the technicians for those tests. There were more tests this weekend, and they went off well also, even better than they expected.

The rest of the world is ready. They did a few test exchanges on Friday, but very few over the weekend, which is good. Everyone is in the physical places and on call throughout the banking community in various countries. All the bankers are ready to go.

The Go signal is expected from Dr Abadi and Dr Shabibi – they are cautious and making sure everything is ready and prepped to go. We had more confirmations that everything has been tested throughout their system. Everyone and everything is ready to go. We have been cautioned not to say too much and mess this up, and we’re happy to comply.

Tony: Cards were updated on Saturday, successfully. They updated their international wire system, and that works; we know someone who has received funds that way. We contacted four of the major banks, and they all got the same rates, and the same instructions for the time to be ready to go. The laws have all been passed, the system has been checked and double-checked, the people have it on their cards and it has been announced that the rates will change. A few tests have been run through with a few big companies. We are the last to go, and it’s our turn.

DC: This next part is not news. For those interested in the softer side of things, at times Tony and I use some pretty salty language. Partly it’s our nature, and I at least was raised near a barn. They think we are that crass naturally, and there’s some truth in that. However, we can clean up our language when we have to. It’s now I normally converse and it adds some spice, plus it adds to the impact in getting some folks attention and keeping them on their toes. It’s not a Dr Evil plan to control the world, but it gets the attention of some dignitary who then says, “I can’t believe he used that word on a public line!” It’s to make sure we make our point in a situation that is sometimes a bit ugly and dirty. We want to make sure everyone is looked after and squared away, so we want to make sure we get their attention. We have a varied audience from little 85-year-old grandma who wants to sends her grandchildren to college up to foreign intelligence agents and politicians in other countries including Baghdad. We do our best to play to our very diverse audience.

Tony: It’s not an accident; it’s an effect.

DC: It’s not an accident, although it is the way I talk. I can clean it up for church!

Tony: Reading a text about next Sunday, an article saying bank transfers are next Sunday when we know they started yesterday. We’re in a good place, all systems are Go, we told you that Friday. Everyone had a green light, we simply didn’t know when. We did expect it over the weekend, and there was a delay. The banks have been given another date and time. It’s not March 15th, nor 2016! I wouldn’t mind if it were in six days, but that is not the date.

269 caller: DC, you said the contract rates for the tier 2 banks… Will Fifth/Third have contract rates?

DC: Yes, Fifth/Third and all the major tier 2 and tier 3 banks all take part in the former Bank of Ireland system that got bought by Wells Fargo. We have been told that all those banks will have access to the contract rates, but the fear is that by the time they get this going, the contract rate won’t be available any further. I know a few 5/3 locations are ramped up with training and planning, in major metropolitan areas, but most 5/3 locations are not – and I don’t know where those prepared locations are.

301 caller: This is a good day! This is a fantastic day for Mr Tony and DC; every time I get on the line, I get cut off, and now here is my opportunity. I’ve been following you for 2-3 years, and I just want to know where we stand. How long will it be?

DC: Iraq has chosen the long rollout approach, which means they are taking the full 3-4 days to announce this. Once it has been announced, you can call your bank. If you are in a big town, you may have to wait a few days for your appointment; if you’re in a smaller town, you could get in right away.

Caller: I’m in Maryland… there are many WF and BoA banks around; who will accept currency exchanges?

DC: Maryland has a ton of locations. If your town has many dinarians, you may have to wait a day or so; if you are paying more attention, you may get in sooner than the mom-and-pop dinarians.

901 caller: [Appreciation] If you are not able to call us, what should we watch for?

DC: That is a possibility, although we’ve been told we will have at least one call. If not, watch www.cbi.iq, YahooFinance, or the other apps that will notify you if you ask for an alert when a particular stock or currency reaches a certain rate.

Caller: Or if we don’t hear from you on Monday, Wednesday or Friday?

DC: Sometimes we are late, especially on Mondays when my contacts are playing catch up. So that could be an indicator, but not sure-fire.

Tony: We may have the biggest voice, but we are not the only site or intel provider. Once this fire is lit, it’s going to go.

Caller: You guys are the cutting edge, and if we want to get contract rates, we need to get those appointments quickly.

Tony: I don’t know their plan. It doesn’t make sense to me that they put out the RV and then make us wait 8-10 hours to inform us on what to tell you. You know that a lot of people are going to get on the phone right away, not that I recommend that. It doesn’t make sense that the banks are willing for hundreds of thousands to call them, walk in the bank, and all the rest, completely disrupting their industry for that first week. You wouldn’t think that the banks or the government would want there to be so little direction. They should know there needs to be a plan, and I’m concerned for you guys, because there will be total chaos.

Listen carefully. DC has told me on several occasions – and he is my handler, and our NDA says that there are things we can and cannot do – and that creates a void. As a result, I heard this morning that some people are setting up websites to say “after the RV, come here for more directions.” Be careful! A lot of people have tried to get your names, numbers and email addresses so that they can make money off them, not to help you but to make money. Somebody knows that there are many people who have lots of money and don’t know how to deal with it. Do NOT send your money to anyone you don’t know and trust. That is already happening.

Caller: I’m thrilled that they are exchanging dinar already because that seals the deal for me, and I own dinar. I’m just surprised this story hasn’t already broken, if so many VIPs have exchanged. Doesn’t it surprise you that the story hasn’t broken in the media?

Tony: A bunch of media listen to our call every time, and they are creating their stories, which will be put out afterwards. DC will explain why…

DC: A lot of the press has it, and a lot of books have already been prepped. Some have already contacted us, and my response is “God, no! I just want to go back to obscurity!” There are quite a few bankers who have talked to the press, plus law enforcement and others, and they have their hands full keeping this quiet. Also, for some it’s hard to believe at first, and getting over that can be a pretty high bridge initially. However, once they start to get the full information, there will be books and movies, too. I know 6-7 high-level political writers who are using different sources, but this all sounds better once this goes through. Tony and I and other ‘expert sources’ are signing 15-year NDAs, so most of it will come out in 15 years, but some will not talk even then because we don’t want to expose ourselves and our families to that scrutiny. It is definitely well-covered; some heroes will come out looking like scoundrels and vice versa; eventually the truth will out.

530 caller: I’m a first-time caller! [Appreciation] I was listening to another recorded call last night, and he said there IS no basket, that only the dinar is going happen. Comments?

DC: I was smack-dab in that perspective for a long time – that was the world I lived in for well over a decade. I knew the plan was to go for dong and zim eventually, once every 3-4 years, but thanks to this becoming much more public, they pushed up the timelines. We only believe it because bankers tell us it’s on the screens, and people we know personally showed us receipts for dinar, dong, etc. We probably have 40-50 connections into Iraq and the IQN; we have 3-4 with dong, and maybe two with zim. I understand why people think like you said. They have taken the baskets apart and put them back together many times. It’s not widely known that all four will go outside the baskets. Some senior people I talk to in Iraq don’t think that the dong will go for 2-3 years.

Caller: I just got involved in November – I was diagnosed with cancer, not covered by insurance, and he gave it a million dollars of dong, and my children’s godfather gave me a further $100,000-worth of dong. I want this to go so that I can have the operation, so that I can raise my kids, walk my daughter down the aisle, help people at my church. It hurts my feelings when someone says this isn’t going to happen because I have so much to do for God. Also, I have a ten trillion zim note and a 500K zim note. What should I know?

DC: The bankers who have done exchanges that we have been talking to just take six zeroes off everything – but that is our weakest information point. We hope you get better!

Tony: I like DC’s explanation. That guy on the phone call, he’s an idiot and he doesn’t know any better. I don’t think we are better than anyone else, but I try to give people credit. I give answers “to the best of my knowledge”, and for people to just say “This is the way it is” and then people make decisions or people get frustrated and depressed, and all because they don’t know what is going on… I know that there is a new rate for all four of those currencies, so for this guy to say that only the dinar will go because that is the only one he has information on, that’s not right. The doctor who gave our caller that dong, he got information from somewhere. For years, we didn’t think the dong would exchange at $0.02, and today the rate is over a dollar, as best we know. The situation is the same there as in Iraq; the wealthy people can do something different than the public. We have known that the dong, zim and rupiah have new rates and we know what they are. To say otherwise, as a fact, is just not the case.

Afghanistan is on the list; Iran is on the list of countries that will go in the second basket. If someone else is telling you otherwise, they don’t know, and then they need to just say they don’t know, or it hasn’t been verified. Do your own research, listen to a bunch of people, but don’t listen to just one. If they tell you X for a fact, they don’t know anything. I only know the latest information, and that’s what I say.

DC: Everything looks wonderful. Abadi and Shabibi are being cautious, and we understand everyone is prepared throughout the world. We have been asked to be careful about what we say, in order to help the process. For those who are offended by earthy language, that has served a purpose to draw the attention of those who need to hear what we are saying – not intended to offend.

650 caller: Within the balance of what you can say, what happened this weekend?

Tony: Have you been on the whole call?

Caller: I have, but it doesn’t seem like there has been a good explanation. We are being nitpicked to death here.

Tony: We were told 3-4 days from Friday, and we are still within that window. We said that there were certain things we asked not to say. It’s there, and I’m not going to debate this with you today. The rate is there, it’s live, and it’s on hold. Everyone had the green light, and it went international on Sunday. The Qi cards were paid and they were notified. All that remains is for this to be announced. There is no US delay. They want to make sure this part went first before they go down the levels. All the banking laws have been passed, and it’s going to go direct to the citizens. That implies something else is happening with the citizens this week. We all go through the ups and downs, we get phone calls over the weekend saying “Get ready, get ready… don’t get ready.” I go up and down ten times a day. It’s a fluid situation. Our call said “Don’t ******* it up” and we’re not going to. That’s all I can say, and I probably shouldn’t have say that.

510 caller: Waiting for this is like waiting for the Raiders to win the Super Bowl again! My main question is the language when we go into the bank, and you said that saying “cash out” would give us a different result than saying “exchange”. I gather that has to do with taxes, but is that still the case?

Tony: Yes, that is what the bank exchangers were taught in their class, that it goes by what you say first. I don’t know what the tax situation is going to be, if it will be flat taxes, taken by the bank or not, and I hope we will be able to tell you before your appointment. Better safe than sorry: just make an exchange.

Caller: Those people who have exchanged, did they sign NDAs? If so, how could they talk to you about it?

Tony: The same way I talk to you – that’s how the real world works. They are not going to talk to 60 Minutes. Once I’ve signed the NDA, I won’t talk you, either. They are not interested in those people, but I’m talking to 40,000 people or more at a time.

Caller: Last question: what’s your mailing address?

Tony: It’s 9580 Oak Avenue Parkway, 7269, Folsom CA 95630-7259. That address is intended for the letters from Senators, congresspeople, bankers, etc., about the RV; we will bind them into books and give them to some of the prime movers, so they know how the American people feel. And one guy sends me cigars, but you don’t have to!

850 caller: If we use Sterling to exchange, will we have to pay taxes in Georgia?

Tony: I have no idea. You’ll have to ask your tax consultant afterwards.

Caller: I think that the powers in charge of this who called us ‘toothless crackheads’ don’t understand that we may be ignorant (because it’s hard to accumulate that much money in this country), but you guys do your best to educate us. Please be good leaders and let Tony and DC have more calls to help us deal with all this.

Tony: I’m a lobbying for at least four events to have fun and meet you all. DC says I’m going to lose, but I’m going to try. The four of us (Tony, DC, Pam and Ray) will all have the same 15-yaer NDA, but others will try to step into the gap. Do your due diligence and see what their history is before you trust their advice or solutions. If they promise you this or that and they don’t, they now have dinar/dong to exchange as well. That’s what the courts are for, if they don’t follow up on their promise now. I just heard that some are putting up site to guide you afterwards – look at who they are and what they’re doing now.

404 caller: Can you share any of the texts you’ve been receiving on this call?

Tony: Nothing vital: people are just saying they love the way DC talks, that this or that agency is listening to me right now, that a newspaper guy wants to do the story, etc.

Caller: You said that Washington DC is a large dinar-holding community – is it largest?

Tony: It’s Texas, Atlanta, then Washington.

Caller: The banks were open on Sunday; were Iraqi citizens able to go in? What kind of rates were they seeing?

Tony: It’s a regular banking day, like our Tuesday. They are doing things for privileged people; the everyday citizen could not exchange yet. That is what we are waiting for, because when the ordinary Iraqi citizen can exchange, then we exchange as well. We are not going before that, because he deserves it!

703 caller: Hallelujah! I haven’t been on since November! I’m super-fantastic! You answered all my questions. [Appreciation] I feel like I’m smarter than the wealth manager I’ll be using; I hope I get to meet you at an event!

Tony: You probably smarter at this process than the wealth manager. Remember, you interview him, don’t just take him because he was assigned to you. Develop a relationship because he is there to make money for the bank, but for you as well.

Caller: One wealth adviser got me on a call a few weeks ago, and he didn’t know anything about this. He called up someone he knows in Silicon Valley, another wealth manager, and that guy didn’t know about it either. It’s strange it’s so compartmentalized even at that level of wealth.

Tony: I don’t know how they pick wealth managers. I talked to a guy in a big city in Texas, step-by-step through the training, and only FIVE have been trained for this in the whole of Texas. Over the weekend, I got the rates from a branch manager, a wealth manager, and a VP of a major bank, and they all matched up. We won’t get them at all banks because so few wealth managers know about it.

Caller: Given that this guy at Merrill Lynch is junior and doesn’t seem to know anything about this, should I go through him or straight to Wells Fargo? If he is a junior position, one of the bigger guys will probably take it away from him anyway.

Tony: I don’t know. A few years ago, I got more information from Merrill Lynch than from the banks o n this whole process. Call your guy, and if he cannot respond promptly, tell him you’re calling the bank for an appointment.

410 caller: Alarms went off in my brain when you talk about banks outside the Beltway. I only have Wells Fargo and Bank of America here, and they are not responding to my questions at all. DC says that there will be lots of exchange places, but…

Tony: You won’t have a problem. WF will exchange, and other banks will pop up to do these exchanges. You’re in Maryland, not the backwoods! All the politicians there, and people with money. As soon as this happens, there will be places you can go.

Caller: [Appreciation] I don’t understand how people criticize you. Hope to see you in Vegas. [Husband chimed in.]

Tony: We’re just gluttons for punishment. We will make it to the end, I’m sure. If we could do more, we would. I will try to do at least the four events. We’ll see.

DC is gone, and Pam said we can’t stay too long… Pam? Ray?

Pam: Take your time, make your decisions wisely. Go for the contract rates, but take your time. Don’t trust anyone on the internet. I love a lot of those we’ve met, but to do business with? Go to professionals, see what they have accomplished, and have professionals to watch your professionals.

Tony: For those who have had the privilege, I probably don’t give Ray enough credit for the time he spends on OpenMike, 27 hours a day, keeping them informed. It’s not easy having a live line 24 hours per day, with everyone speaking freely. It’s total chaos! It’s a good event, and they’ve learned a lot over there. They have got a bit closer to each other, and they’ve taken trips to his class, events, even my mother’s funeral. Thank you, Ray, for doing and building that other there.

The information cannot get much better, with everything that was accomplished over the weekend with the card, the banks over there and here, the trainings and briefings. The governments are not arguing about anything; all the laws and the budget have been implemented and acted upon. They are building this new system from top to bottom, and we are the bottom! Even if they are saying the citizens can send money overseas by wire transfer from 15. March, they want to have money in citizen’s hands before then. I know there is a projected date and time, but the point is that there is nothing holding this up. HCL is not an issue, and there is ‘nothing else owed by Baghdad to Tikrit and Kurdistan. They can only tell their people ‘in a few days’ so many times before they have to do something about it. I don’t see any negatives apart from the fact that I’m not at the bank this minute, but I know I’m on my way.
