A federal judge has ruled that the government has to grant civil rights to the illegals it catches trying to cross our border. I can remember when they would have been rounded up and escorted back across the border. But those days are gone as Obama and his other Democratic Socialists bend over backwards kissing the hineys of people who break the law entering this country. Our Border Guards have now had their hands tied in dealing with them. What a surprise that it was a judge hand-picked by Obama! Guess it was his way of saying “Thanks for the job.”

And, of course, once they're here and waiting for their day in court (now often denied to legal Americans) a court that processes cases with the lightening speed of a wooley worm, they are entitled to free schooling, welfare, including health care, and let's not forget – jobs. You know, the ones that Americans are trying to fill.

Every day you read of accounts of Americans being arrested, held without bail, denied legal counsel, property confiscated but illegals get due process? As far as I'm concerned, anyone who proposes or votes for amnesty for illegals with the number of Americans we have out of work, should be sent packing back to whatever state they came from. In Obama's case, whatever country he hails from.

Yes, we are a country of immigrants, legal ones who came here, stood in line, learned the language, got jobs and made this the great country it used to be. Not even one of my Latino friends think giving amnesty to illegals is a good idea. They either came here legally or were born to legal parents. Have you seen what immigrants have to learn and the tests they have to pass in order to become citizens? These are people who will take their place in our society and make us proud they chose to come here. But those who break the law to enter this country need to face the consequences of their actions. A one way bus or plane ticket home.

And no, I don't care about the emotional distress they might go through being deported. Don't break the law in the first place.
