Woman Killed in Life Insurance Scam - Could This Happen to You? Validating Jessica's Claims - Commentary

It should be completely unlawful for a life insurance policy (actually, death insurance - insurance against death) to be taken out on ANYONE without the insured person's IN PERSON interview and permission. In other words there should be no such policies enacted unless and until the actual subject of the policy comes forward and meets the insurance agent(s) who represent the insurance company. Some form of verifiable identification should be required and it should be verifiable in real time. Also, persons can use impostors to appear as the person to be insured and unless the application is followed up with vigorous investigation the fraud may not be discovered.

The murder of a Colleyville, Texas 72 year old housekeeper who looked after a property appeared to be another senseless crime of violence The father of the suspected father-son team who allegedly killed her has died and the son has been arrested. This case has been declared a life insurance scam where a policy for a large sum of money was earlier taken out on the now-deceased woman. These kinds of murder scams are going on around the country and it could happen to any unsuspecting person.

Probably, as soon as such a policy is in force for awhile the 'hitters' will be over to get the subject dead just as soon as possible.

ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH SURVEILLANCE AND TRACKING OF CITIZENS

Police believe that this father-son duo targeted, stalked and followed the victim, Anita Fox, around to learn her habits before they killed her. Remember how many times some of us have warned you against surveillance and why the unwarranted tracking of citizens should not be allowed under the law. Folks, there are reason why you should be very concerned if ANYONE is tracking, stalking, or surveilling you! Yes, it can mean someone intends to kill you or your family and this case is just another proof of it!

This murder is certainly no reflection on average life in Colleyville, Texas, a peaceful place where hitmen from Houston, Texas apparently targeted this unfortunate victim. What an excellent case of good police work.

Coincidentally, the woman, Jessica, which I posted her YouTube VIDEO about, alleges her tormentors also claim they will murder her for one million dollars life insurance - just like the murdered Colleyville woman another seven figure amount of life insurance.
