Tony: Good morning, TNT! Today is Monday, February 16, 2015. We didn’t expect to be here having this conversation, but there is a good reason we are here. We’ll probably have an hour call here, because the news is all good.

DC: I was asked by a friend in DC to go ‘west to east’ because it’s President’s Day. In the USA, the banks are ready, off lockdown but still on call for whenever this things go down. It’s our strong opinion they will call in the US guys after it is done. The banks, UST, Homeland Security are all ready. The latter are a vital part of keeping us safe and catching bad guys, but in budgetary terms, all the three-letter agencies are basically considered essential personnel and therefore exempt from budget cuts. They will be there, just like the cops. Many are administrative in nature. The DC friends I could get hold of today said it’s a lot of posturing, but no one will screw with Homeland Security. It’s a way to fight Obama on immigration, but it’s a loser if there is an attack – who will get blamed. I work closely with Homeland myself, and it’s the stupidest thing I’ve heard in a long time. There may be posturing, but that’s not much of anything.

In Iraq, everyone was pretty frustrated, and also sad because of the tribal leader who got killed. That caused a pause for everyone because it’s just not sensitive to move forward when an MP and his guard was killed. That’s not the time to do a major economic change. Was he killed to delay the RV? Initial reports say that it did weigh into the kidnapping, and also part was retribution. Otherwise, everyone is ready to go. They are getting some last minute banking laws done. They did try to do it again on Sunday but didn’t have a quorum, and they want to get these things nice and straight. There are articles about the Kurdish meetings this weekend and other areas that want their Budget money. They said to all the governors that “we don’t have it yet.” They are saying that ‘as soon as we get the economic reform, you will get your money’. That adds to the already intense pressure to get this done, from Abadi’s office to the ministries, parliament, CBI and all the rest. The US has been hands-off, just keeping everyone in line, and not letting anything or anyone derail this. The UK has been doing the same, and China has also been making a lot of phone calls to get this done now. They don’t want anything minor to derail this situation. There might be a slight delay, but not for long. There are meetings going on now and later this evening. All senior politicians in Iraq are telling people to relax and let this blow over with Sunnis and a few hotheads causing trouble in the back-ground. They do have new dates and timelines, but I’m being told that this will be done before the time stated in the articles – the 19th and 22nd are mentioned, but I am told this will happen before then.

In summary, the assassination did cause a delay. They didn’t get a quorum on Saturday for the last laws. Those laws weren’t absolutely necessary, but also there mood wasn’t right when an MP was killed and his guard by those trying to delay this (amongst other reasons).

Tony: We know this was supposed to go off on Friday evening or Saturday morning. The disruption worked, so they may try to do other things to delay this. I looked at articles and comments, and back when we said it would be over three dollars, others said we were idiots who didn’t know what we were talking about – mainly Winston. Now we saw these same gurus saying it is over three dollars! Suddenly they said it would be over $3!! Now others are saying we are hyping it all up over nothing, but now they are saying HCL is done – just like we said weeks ago, behind closed doors. Suddenly they are also saying the Budget has been signed and passed, just like we said weeks ago. We tell you the truth as we hear it. We know this was supposed to go this weekend so it would be done before the weekend, but it was delayed because the MP was killed. Abadi and Barzani are now trying to figure out how to explain this and get the laws re-written so it only applies to the parts of the country that ISIL does NOT control. Those are the details they are working out and it makes sense for them to do that. Once that framework is in place, they can let it rip. They worked on that this weekend, and they don’t have to show that in the Gazette. However, the law says they do have to show it in the Gazette, because it’s the law. However, they don’t want any ISIL-controlled town to get the RV. They want other places to have the RV so that ISIL-controlled territories will want to remove ISIL and enjoy the good life. There are many issues like that that they need to look at so that the country can enjoy the RV and get on with life. There is a deadline for the Gazette, someone will have to implement it, and we are looking very, very good. We are right on time, and I’m glad the others finally get to see what we are seeing that are not in articles, but that ARE in the real world, with meetings and decisions that we get information about as it happens. I am happy today – it’s not here but it’s about to be here.

DC: I’m frustrated it didn’t go through because of the assassination, but it’s going to go through really quickly.

Tony: We keep saying, “Just do it!” because until the moment they do, these guys who don’t want it will keep doing these things. As long as they figure it worked for a day or two days, they will continue doing that. So just make it happen on time! Every province is ready, they passed all the laws, they announced it to the people, and they are all saying ‘Where is the money?’ I do believe we will see it this week, unless something stupid happens.

301 caller: Is there anything particular required to meet the deadline that you know of?

DC: The deadline has already passed – the 13-14th. The next set of rules is not needed for the RV. They just need the quorum to pass those. The laws are not controversial, everyone is in agreement, and most don’t even know what they mean. They just need to have the meeting and vote for those few remaining laws, and as a signal of healing and moving on from the horrible events of the weekend. That should be tonight or tomorrow. I’m watching Parliament really closely.

832: This is the gentleman from north Texas… Thanks, Ray, for coming out a few weeks ago. Are there traps associated with the higher rates, like we talked about a year ago?

DC: Good question. Traps may be too strong a word. The NDA will be very serious, so if you have a child or relative or someone who has to sign that with you, be cautious. Keeping some people quiet is almost impossible. They are not going to come after little old you, but you do have to follow the NDA if you sign it. The groups will go through. The fees will be higher for the groups and they will pay later than they said, only doling out a certain amount over time. Those are the only traps associated with it. The tax rates are unclear. Those are the only issues around contract rates we know about.

Tony: There may be lawsuits around the groups.

DC: There are lawsuits that a good lawyer and/or judge can use to lock up the money around these groups. That is not uncommon when there is a big pot of money for a judge to say “you are not distributing anything until these issues are sorted out.” People can lock up all that money because they think they should be paid in five days rather than 50 days… they can hold it up for years, even though it’s your money and it’s sitting there.

Tony: I’ve told you for years that you don’t know everything involved in that. Just hope you are the first one being paid before people get frustrated and take it to court.

Caller: There was a thread this weekend about how to take 500K and turn it into 2K per month income; can you say more about that?

DC: The 4% I’ve been referring to is when you talk to estate planners and investment advisers, asking for the most conservative investment, then 4% is what they plan on. Even in depression periods, you can manage to live on 4% very safely and securely, so that is what I use in my conservative portfolio. Obviously I hope to do a lot better than that. I am not a financial adviser and I haven’t seen that thread.

Tony, how soon do you think they will flush that stuff out in Iraq?

Tony: They have already agreed to everything and again we are down to timing. First, I want to read this to you: “When will you two admit this is an unstable situation; you can’t just say every week that this RV will happen really quick. Just say the truth, that this could take a lot longer.” That’s like others say, that we shouldn’t tell them what we hear, as we are ahead of the curve. There are others who still call this a scam. DC, please explain again that this is the real world and it changes every day – how this works and where we are right now. Anyone can tell you afterwards, but telling you what’s happening as it happens, that takes insight.

DC: As Tony has said many times, we are giving you day-to-day stuff. Those who cannot handle this need to turn off the phone. A lot of us are desperate and have financial issues and need this to move on in our lives – I’m one of them. Everyone in this process from Obama and Abadi down are so fricking sick of this situation and want it to be done. They were happy this was going down on the 13-14 and then this guy was assassinated… everyone in England, the US, France, China, and Iraq went through the same emotions of frustration and annoyance. This is daily stuff. You have to be a big enough person to handle this. They were ready and they got slammed in the face. That happens over and over again, and not until it is declassified will we even know how many times. Maliki was going to do it on this day and then pulled a fast one, again. This is rough, and if you can’t take it, put the money in your sock drawer and have someone call you when it is done! Some people are hooked into these calls, sometimes shoot happens, and we are all in this process.

It’s a speculative investment and so it attracts a lot of conspiracy crazies. No one is as good as they think we are; no one is going to be arrested tomorrow, we are not issuing new currency tomorrow, and everyone needs to take a step back. No matter what you think of the Obama administration, your cynicism is clouding your judgment. Whether you like the President or not, it’s clouding your judgment. We all have our bias, and you have to understand that or you will lose your ass over this. Some like gold, but gold will probably go down after this, in fact. Get your head around your biases so that you don’t’ get wrong-footed further down the line. So if the stock market goes to 25,000, and then Obama leaves office, and gets all the accolades, and the stock market goes down to 9,000 – if you are at the mercy of your biases, you will be broke. You need to prepare for what happens if your beliefs do NOT come through. Whether you like or don’t like Obama or Jack Lew, I think most people don’t understand what is really going on. So stop this cynical crap, get your head straight, and work with whatever happens. Stop being cynical and nasty, vote to get the politics you want, and otherwise take a straight view at what you need to do in order to take advantage of this wealth opportunity.

Tony: They changed the laws in Iraq, they did the new banking regulations in order to get this done. It’s not about calling Obama, it’s about combatting ISIL in their own banking system without dragging Maliki out into the streets and causing more problems. It’s not a matter of taking Malikii out into the back yard and shooting him! Real life doesn’t work that way, it’s about being at the perfect moment for all parties. Everyone was at the perfect moment until that MP was shot. Once the RV comes and the country changes, then they can deal with Maliki. This assassination disrupted the RV, and they knew it would. The Budget HAS been put in the Gazette, we know it has been done, and unless you want them to declare martial law, we have to let them find the right timing again. We know that’s what is going on from people actually involved in the process. The deal was to do it and make it public at the same time. It didn’t happen because real life intervened. We are not making excuses, just telling you how it is.

650 caller: Obviously we are all disappointed with the goal posts being moved again. What are the specific steps that need to be done before this is done?

DC: They would really like Parliament to meet and get back to business.

Tony: What had to happen was what did happen yesterday – for Iraq and Kurdistan to agree what happens in different towns and banks. So now they get to agree what is the perfect time for this to happen, as we all expected on Saturday. There were many people in Iraq to see that happen on Saturday. The only question that remains is whether they publish it in the Gazette first, or announce it first and then publish.

DC: I had four separate calls from Iraq telling us to relax before the call this morning.

Tony: The laws can be done after the RV. Some of the new laws don’t take affect until the 22nd of February. They are getting used to their new currency and banking regulations. They could have already done the vote and we don’t know it. The dinars themselves… they keep telling you there are not enough dinar printed to go around the country. These people will be paid digitally, just as we are! They won’t have to load up cargo planes to send actual currency to pay Germany and France and the UK and US.

Caller: But they don’t want to pay at the lower rate and give all that money away.

DC: The reason they don’t want to publish the Budget before the RV is because there is a lot of description about how these issues will be dealt with. They say “when the currency is reinstated or revalued, then there will be this adjustment”. So a lot of these laws and procedures blatantly say they are revaluing their currency. It doesn’t take Sherlock Holmes to work this out! They haven’t published to be discreet, and to stop too much excitement. They also go through how to get the five rate back to one rate. Everyone has been trained and trained again on these issues.

717 caller: Hi to DC, Tony, Pam and the scribe tribe with their amazing flying fingers. I do the verbatim transcripts, and it takes a tremendous amount of time to do that, so thanks for the shorter call. It’s frustrating when people ask the same questions over and over again. I hope someone else steps up. Now, about China and Russia and the pipeline, does that have anything to do with there being no more contract rate on the dong?

DC: Good analysis, but no. There is no more money in that contract pool for the dong, that’s all. Thanks for keeping up with the transcribing!

Caller: I’m almost used to how you speak, DC! Do we need to be concerned about another country to pull the switch on us since we’re taking so long?

DC: We are almost there. Everyone is on board and they understand about the assassination and giving Parliament more time. I know some people think this administration is holding things up, but they are not, and I think everyone knows this has to go through very soon or the whole deal will fall apart.

918 caller: Who or what has absorbed the contract rate pool? Is it the groups?

DC: Some groups are attempting to draw on the pool AND the bankers are being strongly encouraged to allow the general public to have some of the dinar contract pool. I believe the dong contract pool is all gone.

Tony: He wants to know who used up that dong contract pool.

DC: I understand the question. The prior VIPs and general public used up those higher rates, so far as we know.

404 caller: What is the status of the groups now, according to your latest intel?

DC: The groups are divided into two sections: prearranged groups like the Admiral’s group and informational groups like TNT. They are still planning on those groups having information and some attempt at the contract rate. Just to keep your expectations realistic, I think it probably that only a small percentage will get the contract rates.

Caller: Will we still be able to take in one 25K dinar note?

DC: I believe so, but it’s according to what each bank decides. It’s very bank specific, so when you call, ask about that. I would also argue that many of those who listen to us will get in very quickly, so make your call quickly and don’t clog up the line.

Caller: Is it still fully in Iraq’s hands, given what happened over the weekend?

Tony: It’s still in Iraq’s hands – it’s Iraq’s MP who was killed, and Iraq that is having the meetings. We are just waiting for the completion. The US and IMF are not over there; the weekend was about Iraq deciding when this was completed.

Caller: Abadi said something about a surprise on the 12th; will there be announcements, or will it just appear? And what about the window for the banks?

DC: We understand they are just going to do it, and then announcement that the currency value has changed (and therefore prices, etc.), so basically it will be informational after it goes down. There is also an expectation that when Parliament gets going again, and because there have been so many leaks last week, they just have to get this through. Everyone thought it was going down, and it didn’t and they are talking now. They will have more spontaneous celebrations afterwards. They have crowd control people there to keep everyone’s head straight. People will lose their minds, like us. They have been starving and they have been incredibly frustrated, so they will want to let off tension.

Pam sent something to me from the chat room yesterday that made my weekend. “let’s not make TNT like Okie’s chat room, because people made him a God. Tony’s not a God, he hangs out with DC too much!” I don’t take anyone too seriously, so that made my day. And for those who think I cannot control my language, I was raised by a grandmother who could whip my ass every day! Sometimes the language is intentional, just to have fun and rattle the cage a little, so I hope we haven’t offended too many ears.

Nothing is holding this back, not in DC or in Iraq (apart from the assassination and pressures associated with that). They do want to have a normal Parliamentary session to deal with some laws, but that is not essential. We are waiting for that to happen. Meanwhile I’m grateful and humble to be able to have the message delivered to and through us. Just sit back and relax!

Tony: I know we all expected this over the weekend and I can see the frustration on the boards. I am not a God. We thank the people in DC who have helped us, and those in other countries as well. We take all the pieces and put them together to form the puzzle rather than relying on any one agency or person for the information. There are negative people out there and if they have been out there this long, and choose to be idiots… the same thing with gurus. For years we have been ahead of the curve and now everyone else is jumping on the bandwagon. That’s okay. We have gone through it, and many of our sources have as well, having to be friends with DC and all. Iraq is still going through something, even thought the numbers and procedures are in place. We still don’t have the package, although the last we heard we will have four days to talk to you. They have agreed, they know their terms, and everyone is still on the same page. Let’s get this done. Something should happen this week and we should see it in the Gazette just before or after the RV. Have your Ten Things ready to go, have your plan and your letters. All you should be thinking is, “It’s already happened; what do I do?” not just to get through the exchange but to secure your family’s financial future. If you do some good planning, you will still have money 20 years from now. Know exactly what you will do, so that when you get the tweet, it’s business as usual.
