How Australia Got the Downlow from Russia on the Crash of Malaysian Airlines Flight MH17 (satire)

In Melbourne, Dalia Mae Lachlan is editor of the no-holds barred political daily, Gumshoe News. One bee in her bonnet these days is the investigation of the Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 that crashed in the Ukraine on July 17, 2014. (This is not to be confused with the disappearance of another jumbo from the same airline, Flight MH370 back on March 8, 2014.)

Dalia wrote to the Oz foreign minister, Julie Bishop, to ask What are Aussies entitled to know, given that 38 Australian citizens died on flight MH17? No reply.

It looks as if the incident could conceivably be a false-flag operation for the purpose of directing anger against Russia (as a prelude to a NATO-directed war?). Note: I make no such claim, as I have not studied the matter.

Still, a hint that something is not kosher can be seen in the fact that four nations: the Netherlands, Australia, Belgium, and Ukraine, signed an agreement, giving each of them a veto over any forthcoming publication of the results of the investigation of the crash. Come on, why hide anything? (And the nation that owns the plane, Malaysia, was not allowed to join this club.)

Anyway, Ms Bee-in-the-Bonnet was particularly worried when Tony Abbott, Oz’s Prime Minister, said he would “shirtfront” Vladimir Putin when Putin came to Queensland for the G20 summit last November 15, on the matter of the crash of MH17. It turned out, however, that all was peaches and cream when they finally met at the G20.

Dalai Lachlan and myself have had a few brainstorming sessions on how to get people to see what is going on in politics these days. We try humor, and have now gone to the extreme of producing a comedy show for the Adelaide Fringe on March 13 and 14, 2015.

It will incorporate themes well-known to readers of RMN, such as geo-engineering, compulsory vaccination, and of course 9-11.

Dalia is no slouch at impersonations. Here in this 2-minute Youtube video to promote our show, she ‘does’ Julie Bishop, a frontbencher in the Australian Parliament. ‘Julie’ comes up with a surprise as to what really happened at the G20.

It contains a photo of Yours Truly at the Katyn Memorial in front of Dom Polski in Adelaide. I would sure like to see some Poles show anger at the downing of a flight in 2010 which killed their top leaders.

Can there be any doubt that it was foul play, given that it happened smack dab on the 70th anniversary of the massacre of thousands of Polish Army officers in the Katyn Forest? I quote the News Weekly of May 1, 2010:

The delegation was due to attend the 70th anniversary commemoration of the World War II Katyn Forest murder of thousands of Polish army officers who had been captured by Soviet forces in the early months of World War II.

The airport, just south of Smolensk, is less then 25 kilometres from Katyn Forest where over 4,200 Polish were shot in the head and secretly buried by killing units of the Soviet secret police, the NKVD, during the spring of 1940.”
