You might want to add 2 more dead bankers to the list. In reading about the recent NY car/train collision, the following stuck out to me:

Mother-of-three Ellen Brody, 49, has been identified as the driver who caused fiery train crash in Valhalla, New York Tuesday night which left five male commuters dead

Friends rushed to her defense saying that she was a careful driver who would not have taken any risks

A witness at the scene says Mrs Brody seemed to be confused in the dark, and may not have known she was parked on a set of tracks
