Of course Israel would be patching up the 'Syrian fighters'.

It's their guys.

The ISIS/ISIL/DAESH proxy terrorist organization is an offshoot of the Israeli Mossad, Turkey, the Saudis, and other terrorist states, such as Corporate US.

DAESH is funded, trained and supplied by Saudi, Turkey, the CIA, MI6, and Corporate US military advisers.

That is the reason why the 'war on ISIL' - just like 'the war on terror' is the continuing farce.

There is no 'war ON terror' - there is a war OF terror, being executed by those who claim to be 'FIGHTING TERRORISM'.

There is no 'war ON ISIL' coming from the west.

There is a war 'WITH' ISIL, with the West acting in SUPPORT ROLES FOR THEIR PROXY/PROTEGE' ISIL.

The only country's truly attacking ISIL/DAESH terrorists are Syria, China, and Russia - whom the West considers to be their enemy.

Go figure.

Neither NATO or the Western predator alliance have any plans of 'defeating ISIL'.

USrael, and their Western predator allies, need an excuse to destabilize and destroy more of the Mid-East.

ISIL/DAESH, like bin Laden, is the boogie man they need to keep alive.
