Having read SEC and TSEC materials in USARMY (82-84)..I noticed:
!. No PROWORDS
(read Banford's notes on this stuff in "The Puzzle Palace")
2. No "action items" (or secondary clearance levels)
3. No mention of the original classifier
(person in FBI or NSA who classified this)
It makes me question:
Why this document s was given a "TS" at all.
Does the Congress just "willy-nilly" classify documents from
FBI, DOJ or NSA/US-MIL as "'Top Secret'" if they don't have a clue about any of its components?
No wonder Trump Team didn't have any issues releasing this mess ..Comey is right...this ia a typical Pelosi "Nothin' Burger".
Corey Goode is having issues because of ignorant USG truculance
not because anyone at DOE lacks bonifieds...just use the Chinese thinking on this...if you don't think the Chinese should know about it then classify it...otherwise it SHOULD BE UNCLASSIFIED.
