We are aware of the crisis issues and the many nuances of all kinds that are feeding the frenzy and the growing doubts. Make no mistake those doubts have been fed continually. The chess game has continued for how long now; longer than even you can remember. But the monies that have been made off of keeping those funds at bay has been enormous and the difference between some of the banisters remaining with feet on the ground and those leaving bombshell holes is stunning. That is factual whether you choose to believe it or not.

The crowd yearns for relief; they seek to have the RV and all the other stuff unleashed to prove that none of this is a scam. You can be assurred; It is not a scam…. If the Zap guy had not been as dedicated as he has been, none of this would even be talked about today. He has done herculean effort to grab this bull and bring it home. He has given his all; think not? Look at him again. He had a good life prior to this. Now for what is coming down; there’s a small spigot of sorts opening. The bigger funds are not yet in the picture but will be soon... Some things are being worked out behind the scenes to get the blocks removed…P…

A CHRISTMAS GIFT FROM SUSAN

I've included the report below in hopes that your perception on the current state of affairs will become a little clearer in the midst of confusion and extremely high expectations.

Greetings,

In order to bring some sense of clarity and realism to the ramped dialog
proliferating the intel nation, I am compelled to wipe the windows clean
for a better view.

All intel providers, exchangers of currencies or buyers of Historical
Assets have an established information stream that they rely on to form
opinion or seek an end compensation scenario. In other words the
information they receive they believe to be valid or true as represented.
However it is received or who it is received from dictates the validity ,
plausibility and accuracy of the information. Example: "My buyer is the
only End Buyer, FOR SURE " , or "This comes directly from the Admiral" or
" These guys are closing " and it goes on and on and on.

Here is what is actually occurring . Those attempting to gather assets
held by individuals or foundations take a grain of truth and exaggerate or
expand the information in order to prey on the desperation and urgencies
of asset holders for their own personal agendas. Bloggers want to keep you
captivated to their websites to capitalize on advertising revenues, bond
accumulators want to know fee agreements, currency accumulators want
percentages for handling the files for you and so on.

The architects of these events have a specific agenda: the elimination of
global poverty and the eradication of global debt or debt relief. To
achieve those ends a vast multitude of components are needed to be engaged
to facilitate the end goals such as the revaluing of currencies,
elimination of exaggerated debt, bringing forth new technologies ,
manufacturing of new technologies, a new sustainable financial and banking
system ( Basil III ) , a revaluation and overhaul of World Trade Treaties
and protocols and much more. For years the powers to be have been slowly
but surly implementing the required components needed to achieve their end
goals and until those components are firmly in place and functioning you
will not see a GCR/RV or Redemption of Historical Assets .

The bright side is, to our understanding, that the bulk of these required
components are finished, agreed to or close to finality. Our information
streams and relationships have many tentacles and we do not rely on one or
two sources; we're either next to or one away from the source, which include
the IMF,Pentagon, United Nations, European Royals, G20 , numerous bank
officials,Group leaders to the Admiral, Fortune 500 companies, Directors
of the Redemption Committees, Sovereign Committees, Finances Ministers of
multiple countries, direct communication with one of the three global
collateral Accounts, UST, the International Court of Justice ( ICJ ), and
the authentic Councils of the Chinese Elders. Timing, pricing and post
funding protocols vary slightly between them but the one thing they all
agree on is that the events WILL HAPPEN !!.

Even when the above entities acknowledge and state a starting time, things
get delayed. These events have been to the 11th hour, and stopped , SO
MANY TIMES, one can't keep count. Our information doesn't come from
bloggers, these are lengthy, firm and bonafide relationships. So even
those in charge are delayed. Their frustration is mounting to a boiling
point along with the rest of us . Soon the pressure will boil over and we
will see results.

I am going to change topics now and remark on ZAP and the Zap reports. For
those of you who don't actually know this person, listen up. I have
traveled the world, worked for two Fortune 500 companies, have an Ivy League
education and as a result have met every kind of person and character
there is. Never in those life experiences have I met a man as selfless and
honorable as ZAP. This man will literally give the shirt off his back to
anyone in need. I have personally witnessed this behavior over and over .
He will sacrifice his own concerns and well being for the well being of
others, and in most cases, has never even met them. Who does that ?

The nay-sayers , critics and bashers are either individuals who haven't
received their GIFT on time that this funding insinuates or just evil
people who spend their day looking for the worst in everything because
their miserable life can't comprehend someone doing a good deed for others
expecting nothing in return.

Zap will expose himself to ridicule and humiliation for the benefit of
others. If you have ever had that situation in life where you had to ask
someone for financial help then you would know how humiliating it actually
is. But to do it for others? That is what I call a true humanitarian. This
is someone who has devoted his life and resources to forming structures
and relationships that ultimately will develop a global humanitarian
effort the world has never seen the likes of and at the same time pay
attention to the survival needs of the small and obscure.

In the past number of weeks expectations of funding have been profound and
if you were privy to the documentation and conversations with the lawyers
and bankers, you also would have believed it a done deal. What we have
learned about compliance and regulators in the trade and banking world ,
in my opinion is down right evil. When those S.O.S.'s go out it is
believed to be last time based on what ZAP is being told and shown. Those
funds received from your donations have saved lives and supported the
efforts of many who have dedicated themselves to seeing this through to
completion and should not be taken lightly in their effect. In preparation
of post funding these relationships are paramount in the implementation
and deployment of global projects and must be nurtured with steady and
consistent communication. Without the support it would have been
impossible .

Watch for more comments to come. I will go into the history on how all
of this developed and what to expect.

In the mean time manage your expectations , follow your gut and always do
what is right.

AND SO IT BEGINS, OR RATHER CONTINUES TO BEGIN. THE DISMANTLING OF THIS STRUCTURE CALLED “DEEP- STATE” IS PROCEEDING QUICKLY NOW AS THE LAST BITS GET CLEANED UP. IT IS CURIOUS TO NOTE THAT MANY ON THE INTERNET THAT HAVE BEEN QUITE VOCAL PROTESTING ONE THING OR ANOTHER, HAVE FOR THE MOST PART SWITCHED TO WHAT IS REALLY HAPPENING AS MORE AND MORE ACCURATE FACTS SURFACE THAT ALLOWS US TO FORM A COHESIVE PICTURE. THE LESSON HERE IS TO STAY ON THE MACRO LOOKING AT EVERYTHING INSTEAD OF FROM SOME ISOLATED PERSPECTIVE THOUGHT TO BE TRUE AND ONLY.

AS THE CLEANUP CONTINUES, THE BASE INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE NEW SYSTEMS ARE HAVING THE CEMENT HARDEN IN THE FOUNDATIONS AND ACTIVITY IS INCREASING. OUR SISTER ORGANIZATIONS OUT THERE ARE ALL VERY ACTIVE IN THESE LAST STAGES OF PREPARING FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, AND ARE ALSO RECEIVING THEIR FUNDINGS TO MOVE THE GLOBAL EFFORT FORWARD. AS I SAID PREVIOUSLY, OUR DEAR PLANET IS ABOUT TO DO SOME SLOSHING ABOUT, AND ONCE THE DUST SETTLES, WE WILL HAVE MUCH WORK TO DO IN REBUILDING MANY THINGS.

THIS IS WHY THE ELDERS AND MANY GOOD OTHERS, HAVE LONG AGO MEANT FOR THE DIRECTION OF HUMANITY. THEY SQUIRRELED AWAY RESOURCES AND KEPT THEM RELATIVELY SAFE FOR THIS TIME. IT WAS ESTIMATED THAT EVEN IF 90% OF THE WEALTH WAS LOST (GREED, THEFT, CORRUPTION) AS LONG AS 10% REMAINED, THEN THIS TIME OF TRANSITION WOULD BE VIABLE. AND SO IT IS. MUCH MORE THAN 10% REMAINS.

THE RATS ARE LEAVING THE SHIP. IT IS ALMOST EMPTY NOW AND CAN QUICKLY SINK AND BE NO MORE.

TRUMP FIGURES TO DO THIS AND GET THINGS IN MOTION BY CHRISTMAS AND HE MAY BE SUCCESSFUL I THINK. IF HE IS, THEN WE CAN ALL GET TO WORK IN JANUARY. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT OUR SCHEDULE AS OUR JOB IS TO DO THE PROJECT SIDE WITH THE RESOURCES PROVIDED BY THE ROYALS.

I HAVE BEEN ASKED IF I WISH TO TOUCH THE POLITICAL SIDE, AND MY PERSONAL FEELINGS HAVE BEEN THAT POLITICS ARE MESSY AT BEST AND TAKE 20 HOURS A DAY TO DO AT THE HIGHER LEVELS SO NO THANKS. GIVE ME PROJECTS TO DO.

WITH THAT FOCUS, OUR EFFORTS BEGAN MANY DECADES AGO AND HAVE ESTABLISHED A PRETTY DECENT STRUCTURE TO HAVE WORK FOR ALL OF US. SIMPLE AND ELEGANT, IT IS ONLY A SERIES OF SERVICES DESIGNED TO MAKE PROJECTS VERY HEAVILY SUPPORTED.

THAT GIVES EVERYTHING A PROJECT NEEDS TO GO IN STRONG AND BE SUCCESSFUL AT ITS BUSINESS PLAN. WHAT MORE COULD I ASK FOR AS A PROJECT PROPONENT MYSELF? IN REALITY THIS WHOLE ENTERPRISE OF OURS IS BUILT ON THIS SINGLE QUESTION I ASKED A LONG TIME AGO: WHAT DOES ONE NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN ACCOMPLISHING A BUSINESS PLAN? THAT LED IMMEDIATELY TO THE SERVICE ASPECT. WITH SUCH A SUPPORT BASE, THROW ANYTHING INTO IT, AND IT STANDS THE GREATEST CHANCE OF WORKING PROPERLY THAN ANY OTHER METHOD.

THE CONCEPT NEEDED A FULL SPECTRUM SERVICE ORIENTATION THAT COULD TALK TO EACH OTHER IN A SYMBIOSIS. COMMUNICATION IS DEPENDENT ON PEOPLE. IF YOU HAVE THE RIGHT PEOPLE IN EACH SERVICE NODULE, YOU CAN HAVE THE SERVICES INTERFACING WITH EACH OTHER WITHOUT STRIFE, AND BE EFFECTIVE IN PROVIDING A MULTIPLE SERVICE SUPPORT STRUCTURE GEARED FOR THE SPECIFIC BUSINESS PLAN BEING UNDERTAKEN.

OF COURSE FUNDING THE PROJECT IS THE FIRST STEP TO THIS, AND HAVING A STRONG AND CAPABLE FRONT END PROVIDING THE FUNDING ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROJECT, THE SERVICES ARE FREE OF THAT RESPONSIBILITY AND CAN DO THEIR JOB MOST EFFICIENTLY WITH GREAT SPEED. COSTS ARE CUT DOWN, AND PROFITS RECYCLE BACK INTO THE EFFORT TO MAKE IT STRONGER AND MORE ROBUST AND THEREFORE GREATER HELP TO OTHER PROJECTS.

SO THIS, WHAT WE ALL STARTED SO MANY DECADES AGO, IS ABOUT TO TAKE FORM AND SUBSTANCE. GOOD HEARTED PEOPLE THAT HAVE A GOOD SEASONED BUSINESS BACKGROUNDS OF ANY KIND WILL FORM THE BACKBONE OF THIS EFFORT. SOUNDS PRETTY GOOD SO FAR, SO IS ANYTHING MISSING? NOT REALLY AS THIS ALONE IS ENOUGH TO INTEGRATE THE NEW PARADIGM.

THE FUNDAMENTAL PHILOSOPHY OF THIS EFFORT IS LEADERSHIP BY EXAMPLE. WHEN YOU WALK THE TALK THEN YOU LEAD BY EXAMPLE. IF EVERYBODY DID THAT, AND SHOWED THE EXAMPLE OF HELPING OTHERS THEN THE EFFECT WOULD BE ASTOUNDING. SUCH STRENGTH OF THIS ENERGY IS MORE THAN ENOUGH TO EFFECT MAJOR CHANGES.

SOON, THE WORLD WILL BE SUBJECTED TO THE ECONOMIC STRENGTH THAT IS BEING RELEASED, AND WHAT TO DO WITH THE MONEY IS ALL IMPORTANT OF COURSE, BUT HOW YOU DO IT IAS THE SECOND HALF OF THAT PROCESS. TO BE GOOD STEWARDS OF THE WEALTH AND RESOURCES THAT ARE BEING MADE AVAILABLE IS THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT QUALITY OF HANDLING THE FINANCIAL SIDE. IT IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY ANYMORE, IT IS ABOUT PEOPLE BUT YOU HAVE TO RESPECT THE WEALTH.

WE MAY BE STARTING IN EARNEST IN THIS COMING WEEK, AND HAVE THE PREPARATORY RELEASES BEFORE CHRISTMAS AS I SAID, AND WE STAND A VERY HIGH PROBABILITY OF THAT. ALL THE INTEL COMING IN FROM DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS ALSO SUPPORT THIS, SO I KINDA HAVE THIS FEEL THAT WE ARE THERE AND WILL IN FACT BEGIN THE WORK AHEAD OF US.
