This is an excellent article, and begs a question.

The Russians imposed a 'no fly zone' in 2015 over Syria, except that it allowed most US aircraft to fly.

Because we have now blown the agreement between John Kerry and Lavrov, by attacking Syrian positions after promising to attack ISIS only; we now wonder why the no-fly zone now applies to US as well as the previous "everyone else"?

That knowlege being on the table, we then have to ask Hillary Clinton to explain in detail, what she means when she says she wants a no-fly zone over Syria?

While most of us can see the disconnect, and the reasons for it, Mrs. Clinton is still on the hook to explain this.

She helped move weapons to the syrian rebel forces (mostly ISIS and AL-NUSRA, etc), Wikileaks files make this clear; via Libyan and Turkish conduits. Then attempted to stabilize the situation by several deaths including Kaddafi and Chris Stevens, because the Turks got cut out of the gravy train.

Now she is advocating a no-fly over Syria that can't be had because the Russians already have one, because she knows most people don't remember the cooperative actions at the time, from the Russians?
