(The Best Years in Life) I hate funerals, simply hate them, and no matter how much respects you pay the dead it won't help them or bring them back. Funerals are for the living and for remembrances both good and bad - to show our respects and perhaps also to try to assuage our regrets.

I say this because this past week I went to a funeral of a good friend who died suddenly earlier this week when he had a auto wreck on the way home from picking up donuts . . .
