Within the aforesaid video, and as previously claimed by Winston Shrout, he claims he works for the OITC and holds full immunity under the OITC “Sovereignty” ,

Sorry Mr Shrout, you are totally wrong on this issue.

You were actually engaged by Keith Scott at the time, and admittedly this engagement may have been endorsed by Dr Ray Dam.

However, after the demise of Dr. Ray Dam, all persons working for or engaged by Keith Scott for an on behalf of the OITC, were automatically dismissed.

The only group, which was autonomous to the operations in Cambodia, was that of David Sale, as Global Envoy and Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet, which remain operative at the request of the hierarchy.

Any employment or engagement you currently held with the OITC in Dr Dam’s time ceased on December 20th 2010, so you have no immunity or protection under the “Sovereignty” of the ITC.

Furthermore you are hereby ordered to Cease and Desist immediately purporting that you are a part of, engaged by, still working for the ITC / OITC, and still hold Immunity and Protectorate under the ITC Sovereignty.

As a “Sovereignty" Mr Shrout, we have our own laws, and you are in breach of same by claiming, falsely and unlawfully, that you are still engaged by the ITC / OITC, STOP IMMEDIATELY or face the consequences.

This is an OFFICIAL NOTICE Mr Shrout, Take Notice as we are advising the courts in respect of your two indictments, that you are NOT engaged by the ITC / OITC and hold no Immunity and Protectorate under Full Jacket Level 3 – 5 International Security Clearance.
