After 30 years of research, the scientist working in the Lion Research Labs (LRL) has determined that 1/2 of 1% of the world's population is infected with a mind parasite that causes the 1/2% to become stark raving mad lunatics, better known as maniac dolts who want to rule the universe (MDWTRTU).

At LRL, a recommendation has been presented to the 188 member roster of nations who actively participate in the World Council of Common Sense (WCCS), for the defective one half percent units of walking dead brain parasite infected lunatics to be eradicated from the face of the Earth - for the sake of health and well being of the remaining 99 and 1/2% of the worlds population.

Should this devastating mind virus escape to infect the 99 and 1/2% of the worlds population, the resulting effects could be even more devastating than the ebola virus.

The scientist at LRL recommends the eradication policy be initiated immediately on a global scale.

We also recommend the eradication policy should be immediately ratified, and institutionalized as the ongoing Prime Directive for the 188 member nations of the WCCS, and the Human Being Defense Organization (HBDO).
