Doctors, Lay People: If you have been harassed for your stance on alternative medicine, TRY THIS!

In the Prologue to his book, “Healing Is Voltage” (Third Edition), Dr. Jerry Tennant explains what an Ecclesiastical Private Expressive Association is:

“A Private Expressive Association is exempt from secular laws because secular laws apply to the public and members of the association are private. The Supreme Court makes it clear that private members of a Private Expressive Association may do whatever they wish as long as what they do does not create a clear and present danger that rises to the level of a substantive evil.”

Most lawyers and public officials are unaware of the laws protecting Private Expressive Associations.

In a nutshell, public authorities cannot dictate or enforce penalties on what members of a Private Expressive Association can do or say.

Tennant founded the Tennant Institute for Pastoral Medicine as an Ecclesiastical Private Expressive Association, under which he is appointed a Pastoral Health Practitioner and Counsellor. “Under this appointment, he is ordained a minister and chaplain to minister to the sick and suffering under International Law and Texas Statute Sec 503.064(b).”

Readers of the book may acknowledge these rights and assert their Constitutional rights under the First and Ninth Amendments: “ I voluntarily license Jerry Tennant, MD(P) to counsel me in his role as a Pastoral Health Practitioner and Counsellor.”

Game, Set, Match!

Tennant cites a number of Supreme Court decisions upholding the rights of members of Private Expressive Associations and describes the particulars in much more detail. (Note there have been even more Supreme Court opinions upholding these rights since.)

Tennant then goes on in his book to describe a health paradigm very different from the one currently held, often with legal duress, by the present medical establishment.

Tennant’s book is excellent and fascinating and includes much more than the title alone can say. It is well worth the read.

BUT EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY,
this offers a path for alternative practitioners and maybe even a path to open Naturapathic health facilities and hospitals. America used to have natural healing hospitals, but at the beginning of the 20th century the Rockefeller-inspired goons shut them down.

Maybe we could all get together on this; we could establish a chain of Private Expressive Associations, each unto itself but loosely linked in an association across the United States. (It could also afford lobbyist representation in Washington DC.)

Right now we give our authority to state entities that do the licensing. We don’t need to. We can establish our own associations and do our own licensing.

This may be the key to establishing a truly free and independent health care system in America.
