There are multiple kinds of bonds, surety is one of many kinds.
The KEY bond for any public officer, employee, inclusive of all those licensed entities and contractors supervised, is the FIDELITY BOND.
FIDELITY meaning loyalty, keeping ones promises and acting in honor as a fiduciary.

The signature on both the oath of office and the employment contract ruled completely by statute is the FIDELITY BOND.
Each public servant PROMISED of their own free will and choice sign the promise to honor the People’s Law.

That signature once accepted by any one of We the People automatically becomes the BOND OF FIDELITY owed by the individual.
Then, a surety, the party to step in and perform and or make damaged parties whole, is put in place as an absolute requirement.
Surety issuers are all licensed, regulated and controlled by statute and those supposedly pledging their Fidelity to the People.

Any American damaged by any public servant has the absolute right to attach the FIDELITY BOND of any public servant on duly sworn complaint for Non-Constitutional acts or omissions and non-compliance with statutes governing the servant
This attachment process attaches every asset of any kind anywhere that is held in the name of the FIDELITY BOND issuer.

Common law, and equity jurisdictions have recognized this attachment process for hundreds of years.
Admiralty law jurisdiction is particularly suited to this process and every judge in the country is very familiar with the attachment procedure.

One letter containing a criminal complaint and DISTRESS ON FIDELITY BOND of any public servant sent to the insurance companies acting as surety to that servant, must act immediately.
There are a number reasons for immediate action, not the least of which is survival of the company and keeping the license to do business in interstate commerce.

The surety companies cannot afford to be involved in ensuring illegal or criminal acts.

Usually the complaint and DISTRESS causes the surety to issue a letter to the bonded party, cease, correct forthwith or the surety is cancelled.
No surety no job.
No surety no protection from the system.
No surety, all personal assets at risk.
