There are only two possibilities on what she had and got deathly ill. She either never had the Covid 19 flu (after 2 years in the US) and died of it, or she already had the Covid flu and was immune, and this time she got infected by the "spike protein cells" from those she was around that had gotten the gene altering shot.
In my opinion it was the shedding from those that got the vaccine and this unnatural infection destroyed her organs and weakened her body to the point she was unable to recover.

We are now dealing with those that have been vaccinated, which can damage people around them, in addition to themselves being in the process of destroying their own body as well.

This is the diabolical invention of the globalists to depopulate the earth. The survivors are also affected with a large percentage of sterility and won't produce children in the future.
