His speech - his subconscious its saying some weird stuff, as if he knew what was going on.

Here's a recent one: Biden said he takes special pride in flipping Arizona and Georgia blue, saying that the Democratic party thus succeeded in "rebuilding*1 the blue wall*2".

His speech about forming the "voter 'protection'*2 organization".

Synonyms for 'protection': buffer, cushion, etc.

Rebuilding: it is now obvious they were doing it, the wall, by padding/buffering/cushioning the votes - with additional votes.

This was well planned in advance.

They, not only the Democrats, they have been doing this for decades.
