As they go through the steps of readying a vaccine for use and marketing, how exactly are they able to see that it's working and effective?

Are they actually measuring an amount of virus? Probably not.

Mentioned in the above post is the persistence of antibodies. Sounds like they're taking the presence of a certain amount of particular antibodies as an appropriate way of measuring the body's readiness to defend against the virus...that they're not able to see and measure directly.

But wait - if antibodies show the "immune system" has learned about a potential invader and is now ready to defend against it, why would the amount of those antibodies ever go down? Why would a 'second dose' or a 'booster shot' ever be needed?

Could it be that those antibodies are about something else? Perhaps they signify a current process of dealing with particular toxins. Suppose we put some mercury into the vaccine. Does that result in the 'antibodies' becoming more persistent, because mercury itself is very difficult to detox, and lead to a belief that the adjuvant Thimerosal makes the vaccine better?

...we've had a number of posts putting forth the idea that the germ theory itself is fatally flawed and there are no disease-causing viruses and therefore also no viral contagion; that what we've been told is a terribly infectious disease is really a shared detoxification event.

Now what?
