(BattleForWorld: I have talked about this before. From since the Soviet Union days, and Russia today, they had developed a process of handling scientific research data. The Russian development process is not an "I" approach, like in the West due to capitalism, ego, selfishness, etc., but a "we" approach. There's a city in Russia called Novosibirsk, in private it is known as their science city and a lot of monumental science achievements have come out of this city. This COVID-19 vaccine they have developed is from new technologies they have been researching for 20 years.

After the Soviet Union fell, the United States and Britain was trying to create a Russian style government that was set up like the United States, British, etc. governments. Meaning, in the background of the so-called governments of the West, the Ruling Elites finance emissaries who are elected into government office. The West then tells the people it is called Freedom and Democracy. This sham-style of government has really gotten out of hand in the United States.
