I think the threat has already been made. Those in the know have been aware of the Israeli nukes in their embassies for many years. The evacuation of those embassies is all authorities needed to be made aware of to get the message. I think, at least in part, this is because of the treasure trove of documents that were seized by the spec ops people when they went into to "kill" el bagdadhi (sp?). He may have, in fact, already been killed, as others are claiming and we just used that as a cover story to justify the raid. But, whether he was killed in this raid or not, many sources are saying that we confiscated a great many documents from the site that the Deep State did not want Trump and Q/White Hats to have. Supposedly there are many cables between Isis and our State Dept that clearly show we were aiding and abetting Isis. I believe Israel is also deeply involved in all of this and this is the reason for them to threaten the use of their hidden nukes.
