Since I don't know about your life lets pretend for a minute that you have 2 sons and one son trusts you and believes when you teach him to obey your rules, and that you do it for his own good. So your second son picks at his brother telling him what a woose he is cause he always tries to do what Daddy says.
However your other son thinks your bossy, mean and just want to ruin his fun.
Now you ( the creator ) build a fine racing car and tell your sons not to drive your car....But your 2nd son decides your just mean and your rules are just BS meant to keep him from enjoying your possession...the car.
So, He takes your keys and your car and to further his enjoyment he blows through the first red light he comes to....and wham another car slams into him. He lives with a broken leg and a few other injuries.
Is it your fault for creating a fine car?? Or his for deciding you are a fool? After all he didn't ask to be born or for you to create the car that hurt him.
Did you deny him because YOUR THE BOSS or because you love him and didn't want him to get hurt? Do you now hate him and throw him out of your house or do your love him and try to help him heal?
If he continues to disobey and consider you a fool what would you do?? Would you just dump all the rules of your home cause he must be right... or would you insist if he wants to live in your home he obey your rules.
Simplistic but makes a point.
