Mr. Cottrell came back on Mark Z's video call today to inform us that last Friday July 12th, in the city of Cleveland Ohio, people from the US Treasury in league with others, not only had an impersonator fraudulently acting as Mr. C. Cottrell with doctored ID and signature, but they also robbed the Chinese elders of 4.5 billion.

Mr. Cottrell further speculated that Leo Wanta may have been part of this robbery and fraud because he has claimed for years that he was owed 4.5 trillion dollars for his part in previous connections with president R.R.

The US Treasury may be trying to kick the can down the road again considering the empty coffers the US Corporation has due to funds drying up and Congress's unwillingness to pass more Fiat debt money to keep the budget going.

The Treasury has everything to gain with getting involved with this 4.5 trillion robbery because they stand to profit from those illegal gains.

Whether Trump had known or knows about this recent fraud and robbery is still unknown at this point. But his own administration would possibly benefit from that robbery by kicking that US Corporate can down the road with an influx of new cash.
