No doubt this is sick behavior, no doubt. The logic completely off the wall. Yet. what brings a mom of 3 children to this point? Guess it is her eyes in the picture, they look wrong. I would call them dead eyes.

I have a few questions, is she on antidepressants or Antipsychotics? Finally, I would be taking a blood draw and sending it to IGENEX to look for bacterial infections. Most of the hospitals even the good ones will only check for a couple of strains of possible bacteria that could cause this crazy behavior.
You need to pay the price for IGENEX in order to discover the truth and even then sometimes not but they will usually be able to lead you down the right path.

Bartonella and Lyme would both be highly suspect on my list. Do they have a cat?
