This email to official government records via White House, The Office of Presidential Correspondence, is a Beneficiaries official Letter of Wishes, demanding clarification of your official positions and actions.

Your statements concerning the issues surrounding Julian Assange are not in accord with your sworn duties of The President of the United States.

Did you intend to trespass on, violate your duties to execute the First Amendment, breach your oath, abandon your office and commit the same kind of corruption you complain of from others, waive all the protections provided for the good People’s President?

You, and the minions you supervise and control at US DOJ, are attacking Julian Assange for telling the truth and backing it up with facts of public record which is irrefutable evidence.

We, the Beneficiaries to the public trust you serve as Trustee, strongly advise that refusing to execute the laws under your sworn duties, is an abandonment of office. Abandonment of office means that the laws protecting the office holder, you Mr. Trump, are no longer available to you.

Article II, section 3, “… he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, “ requires enforcement of the First Amendment as written. “ Congress shall make no law … or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

The Presidents first duty is to the law of the good People’s Constitution, particularly the Bill of Rights and the First Amendment.

There is a reason the First Amendment is first.

Suppression of the truth is a crime, both moral and legal.

Suppression of the facts exposing government corruption is obstruction of honest government process.

When you, the People’s Chief Law Enforcement Officer, refuse to support the truth, refuse to allow the facts of government corruption to be exposed, you tell all the American people there is no law.

Your decision in this Julian Assange issue will determine if your Presidency is legitimate or a counterfeit.

Failing to publicly act to clarify completely the fact that this is a country of law and the Bill of Rights is in full force and effect shows the good People what we really have serving us as President.

When our President acts to serve political expedience over the sworn duty to the law of the People’s Bill of Rights, there is no country, no law, merely dictatorship, socialism benefiting the few resulting in slavery.

Deny the protection of one deny it to all is the foundational principle you swore to serve.
