US Media Goes Silent After Trump Declares National Emergency In Race To Destroy “Deep State” Before They Start World War III

As Russian-Chinese military forces continue their rehearsal for a nuclear World War III, a disturbing new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today notes with growing alarm that the entire “Deep State” aligned US mainstream propaganda media went completely silent after President Donald Trump declared a National Emergency yesterday—most likely due to their knowing its main target is British Prime Minster Theresa May who is undergoing a coup initiated against her by Trump-loyalist Boris Johnson—and who, during the 2016 US presidential election, colluded with Hillary Clinton to defeat Trump. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]

According to this report, on 12 September 2018, President Trump signed a sweeping Executive Order document titled “Executive Order On Imposing Certain Sanctions In The Event Of Foreign Interference In A United States Election” that the “Deep State” aligned US propaganda media deceptively reported to the American people was only about “election meddling”—but whose true grave significance lies in Trump using this document to declare a National Emergency under the powers given to him by the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), Section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)), and Section 301 of title 3, United States Code.

The most significant provisions of this National Emergency declaration to note, this report says, are:

Not later than 30 days following the date of this order, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Attorney General, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the Director of National Intelligence shall develop a framework for the process that will be used to carry out their respective responsibilities pursuant to this order.

Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election.

The term “foreign interference,” with respect to an election, includes any covert, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful actions or attempted actions of a foreign government, or of any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, undertaken with the purpose or effect of influencing, undermining confidence in, or altering the result or reported result of, the election, or undermining public confidence in election processes or institutions.

To understand the full significance of this National Emergency declaration, this report explains, one can clearly see how President Trump is using it to create the legal structure to enforce its provisions prior to the 2018 Midterm Elections—with his further being able to have on his White House Oval Office desk an intelligence report showing all parties who “acted with the intent or purpose” of interfering in this election prior to a new US Congress being seated on 3 January 2019—and whose interference to undermine public confidence in the US election processes or American institutions sees its present offenders being the current British government under Prime Minister May, as well as the entire Democratic Party and its “Deep State” aligned mainstream propaganda media allies.

The fullest historical background in, also, understanding this National Emergency declaration, this report details, sees its actual beginnings starting in 1957 when British Prime Minister Harold Macmillan and President Dwight Eisenhower approved a CIA-MI6 plan to stage fake border incidents as an excuse for an invasion of Syria—but that failed when Syria's Arab neighbours could not be persuaded to take action and an attack from Turkey alone was thought to be unacceptable.

In 2011, however, this report continues, the Obama-Clinton Regime and British government re-initiated this 1957 CIA-MI6 plot to overthrow Syria—that has seen the CIA burn through over $1 billion in their failed part in this plot—and that French Foreign Minister Roland Dumas revealed MI6 had been planning on doing since 2009—but who this time around were aided by Turkey whom the CIA-MI6 had allowed to plunder Syria’s vast oil reserves.

In July-2016, however, this report continues, Turkish President Erdogan became increasingly alarmed over the part he was playing in this CIA-MI6 plot to destroy Syria when it became certain that Trump was going to become the Republican Party nominee for US president—and whom Erdogan feared because of Trump’s pro-Russian stance that he knew would spell his demise once this vile plot was discovered—and that caused the Obama-Clinton Regime to attempt overthrowing him in a coup masterminded by CIA officer Graham Fuller—but that Erdogan was able to escape from due to his receiving an alert from Russia of what was about to happen—and whom many believe was tipped off by Trump himself.

On 16 August 2016, within 24 hours of then US presidential candidate Trump sending out his mysterious Tweet on 15 August stating “I’ve got fresh evidence 13 CIA senior officers helped in Turkey Failed Coup—I will divulge the names in the coming days”, this report notes, then FBI Counterintelligence Chief Peter Strzok texted his FBI lawyer adulterous lover Lisa Page “I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office - that there’s no way he gets elected - but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40”—and in whose aftermath saw Trump going completely silent, while Strzok and Page, and their coup plotter allies, went into overdrive to destroy him.

Fearing what Trump knew, too, and not knowing who was feeding him information about the Turkey coup plot, this report continues, a “Deep State” initiated “neocon coup” took over Prime Minister May’s government—that afterwards saw MI6 operative Christopher Steele creating the made up Trump-Dossier used by FBI Chief Strzok to obtain an illegal warrant to spy on Trump—and who was aided in doing so by former Russian military intelligence officer, and British double agent, Sergei Skripal—but with Skripal, after trying to leave this plot against Trump and return to Russia, being said to be poisoned by Russia, and who is now in MI6 hiding with his abducted daughter.

As in all failed, and failing coup plots to take down a much more powerful leader then his enemies, this report notes, President Trump, for the past nearly three years, has toyed with his “Deep State” adversaries in both the US and Britain like a cat playing with a mouse—thus exposing too many CIA-MI6 absurdities to mention in any one sitting—but whose latest comedies include Hillary Clinton’s Democratic Party telling a US Federal Court that MI6 operative Joseph Mifsud was dead, only to have it revealed that he’s still alive and living under a false name—and, just hours ago, MI6 flooding the British propaganda press with stories claiming that President Putin had ordered executed the two supposed “novichok hitmen” in order to cover up their Skripal poisoning crimes—but who in reality have just appeared on Russian television to express their shock and horror of being accused by the British, most particularly because all evidence shows them being nothing more than a gay couple who traveled to Britain in an effort to keep hidden their homosexual love affair.

The much more dangerous game, though, being played by these “Deep State” coup plotters in both the US and Britain, this report concludes, is their actually now attempting to start World War III by forcing President Trump and Prime Minister May to attack Russian military forces in Syria—but whose every move to stage a “false flag” chemical attack on Syria to justify this action is being monitored and recorded by the Ministry of Defense who, in turn, are feeding this information directly back to loyal Trump forces in the US military and CIA—and whose demonic “Deep State” perpetrators not only are now being faced with Trump’s new National Emergency declaration, they are, also, criminal subjects to the “State of War” warning message delivered to them last week by Trump-loyalist US Senator Lindsey Graham.
