I bet there were a lot of “bypass surgeries” done that weren't needed. One sign that somebody “needs” a “bypass surgery” is the shortage of breath people experience. Then the individual who complains about it, gets convinced by the doctor (who gets big money for the surgery) that he needs a “bypass surgery”.
Everybody is constantly talking about EATING something or NOT EATING something and because you did eat or didn't eat that particular thing, THAT is your problem.
People are OBSESSED with these EATING, NOT EATING SCAMS and naturally they SWALLOW them like meals. The herd mentality always comes to the surface!
While everybody is talking about EATING or NOT EATING something, or clean your liver or clean your kidneys or clean your bowels, NOBODY and NOBODY is even mentioning AIR! More specifically the OXYGEN in the air.
If people would THINK a little, it is not hard to figure out that NUMBER ONE NECESSITY in our existence is AIR. If you don't get air, you are dead in ten minutes or less.
What is the NEXT important NECESSITY in our existence?
People might survive a week or some a little longer without water.
What is the next important NECESSITY in our existence after water?
People survive without food for a long time, compared to ten minutes without air.
Food is the THIRD on the list of NECESSITIES in our existence, yet it gets the MOST attention from us.
We sure messed up our priorities!
When I was a teen, I remember from my school books that the air we breathe had 31-33 percent Oxygen.
Today, if you look in a book, you read that the Oxygen content of the air we breathe, is around 21 percent. Our air we breathe lost a STAGGERING, ONE THIRD Oxygen content then what it used to have.
How and why did this loss of Oxygen in the air we breathe happened AND WHAT REPLACED THE LOST OXYGEN IN THE AIR WE BREATHE?
HOW COME NOBODY EVEN MENTIONING THIS FUNDAMENTAL FACT, CRUCIAL TO OUR EXISTENCE?
WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO TO BRING UP THE OXYGEN CONTENT OF THE AIR WE BREATHE TO AT LEAST 30%?
IS THERE ANY EFFORT MADE BY THE STATUS QUO ENTITIES TO BRING UP THE OXYGEN CONTENT OR THE ISSUE IS DELIBERATELY IGNORED IN ORDER TO KEEP PEOPLE DOCILE AND SICK?
THE IMMEDIATE EFFECT OF LACK OF OXYGEN MAKE PEOPLE DIZZY AND DOCILE AND THERE IS A MASSIVE NUMBER OF PEOPLE JUST LIKE THAT.
Most people blame the number of docile people on Fluoride but who started this Fluoride scare???
When the Oxygen level of the air we breathe was 31-33 percent, the Earth's population was around 4 Billion.
Now the Earth's population is about 7 Billion.
Is it possible that we have less Oxygen in the air we breathe because more people are using it up?
The RATIO between Oxygen contents and populations of the Earth, seems to be very close.
Even if this holds true, what replaced the Oxygen in the air?
If the claim is true that trees take in CO2 and put out O2, than cutting down trees on the massive scale also contributed to the drastic drop in Oxygen level in the air we breathe but again, what replaced the Oxygen?
As we get older, our lungs shrink and our blood doesn't get Oxygenated as much as it should. Add to this the less Oxygen content of the air we breathe and the door wide opens to sicknesses and diseases.
POORLY OXYGENATED BLOOD IN OUR BODIES IS THE REASON WE ARE SICKLY, WEAK AND DIE EARLY.
There are “Oxygen therapies”, that have miraculous claims in restoring health in our bodies. Some people are familiar with it but not easy to do because of the medical instruments involved.
What can you do to increase your long capacity, so you would take in more, much needed Oxygen?
If you do physical exercises, that will Oxygenate your blood but also uses it up. The key is to exercise your lungs only. Your breathing exercises aren't going to last too long as you will forget them.
There is a simple solution.
Buy a woodwind or brass instrument. Brass instruments are definitely the best to strengthen your lungs and increase its capacity but buying a simple “Recorder” (less than $10.00) will also exercise your lungs and increases its air capacity. The bonus is that you learn how to play the instrument you chose. The key is not to put the instrument away but leave it out so you won't forget to play it or make up a big sign (PRACTICE) and hang it where you can always see it. Don't be lazy! Your health is important or should be.
Oxygenate your blood, whatever way you can and you will notice almost immediately a huge difference in your well being. Try not to play in a crowded room (stale air) but outside (fresh air) if you can.
You may also try Ozone but don't overdo it. Start out slow and increase your exposure to it. You can make your own Ozone generator by sandwiching a thin window glass (4”X4”) between two metal screens or copper plates. Make sure the plates are not bigger than the glass.
Get an auto transformer, a 100W light bulb with a socket, hook them up in series with the Primary winding of the transformer, attach the high voltage terminal of the transformer to one metal plate and ground to the other. Plug it in and you get Ozone as there will be a blueish “corona effect” through the glass.
This is what is in those Ozone makers or they also use UV light tube. By the way, even if your UV light Ozone maker tube burned out, if you apply high voltage to the tube terminals, it will create Ozone. Only the amount of Ozone won't be as much as it used to.
KEEP IN MIND THAT IF YOU DECIDE TO MAKE YOUR OWN, THERE ARE HIGH VOLTAGES INVOLVED SO IT CAN “STING” OR “RESET” YOUR SYSTEM IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL. SO DON'T BE STUPID.
THERE MUST BE SOME WIRING DIAGRAMS AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO FOLLOW. EVEN IF YOU CREATE A SIMPLE ARC, IT PRODUCES OZONE BUT NOT VERY MUCH. THUNDERSTORMS ARE HUGE OZONE MAKERS, BECAUSE OF THE LIGHTNINGS. MORE LIGHTNINGS, MORE OZONE.
Another important part to restore our health is (appeared in previous posts) to GET RID OF THE BUG POISONS (MOSQUITOES, BLACK FLIES, FLIES, FLEAS, BED BUGS, LICE, SPIDERS, ETC.) LEFT IN YOUR BODY, BY BRUSHING ITCHY SKIN AREAS ON YOUR BODY WITH H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide 3%) until the white dots or thin white crust (many white dots together) appears. At this point, you could smear some Bentonite clay on and around the area you brushed, to suck more poison out from your skin. You could even mix it with activated charcoal powder. You need to brush the effected area several times.
At one time, I brushed the white crust the H2O2 brought out on my skin with vinegar until the white crust turned brown. It created a nasty scab that couldn't heal for three months. It only built up the puss under the scab and the scab became thicker and thicker. Eventually it healed though. So, it is probably not a good idea to use vinegar or even apple cider vinegar to brush the area you already brushed with H2O2.
If you brush a mole on your skin with H2O2 several times, it will disappear but make sure you brush AROUND it too. Most likely, moles are the “store houses” of bug poison.
If you get bitten by a bug, brush it immediately with H2O2. Remember, when flies land on your skin, they immediately drop their suction cup on your skin and release their digestive enzyme, which eats its way into your skin. When you see many, many small white dots on your skin, after you brushed it with H2O2, those small white dots are most likely the digestive enzymes spots the flies dropped when landed and walked around on you. When you feel itchy spots on your skin, guaranteed there is bug poison there and your body wants to get rid of it. HELP YOUR BODY!
First, Oxygenate your blood, work on some way to clear out the bug poison in your body and THEN start to work on your diet of what to eat or not eat.
