Thank God for Attorney General Jeff Sessions for pursuing the beneficiaries of this conspiracy to commit Racketeering using the RICO laws!

Why is it ok for rich elite to invest $2 million dollars in a license so that they can sell Marijuana while poor people, mostly minorities, go to jail for long periods of time for selling marijuana?

Isn’t it a form of Racketeering to take something that was once legal before the 1934 Marijuana Tax Act, and then make it illegal under the color of law through a series of legislative actions starting with the Marijuana Tax Act, and then make it legal under the control of a few elite mafia types that include Big Pharma after 75 years when most who remembered the first RICO act has died?

Especially when you consider the fact they willfully and wantonly lied about Cannabis not having a medicinal value and broadcast false and misleading information via wire broadcast in the form of Reefer Madness to confuse members of Congress just prior to passing this “unlawful” legislation!

Why is it that every conversation about the legalization of Cannabis never mentions the poor, mostly minorities locked up for selling cannabis? Is it really because most of the victims are poor?

Wouldn’t true justice entail prosecuting those benefitting from the racketeering and giving that money to the poor victims jailed as a result of the conspiracy and setting them free and letting everyone, grow, eat, or smoke Cannabis like any other green leafy vegetable?

Thank you, President Donald J. Trump. I wonder why President Obama or Bill Clinton never did this for the poor minorities locked up in prison.
