All indications are that Hillary Clinton will not be indicted. Consider the meeting they tried to hide between Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who Bill Clinton first appointed to the federal bench. It stinks to high hell and just about everyone knows it. Then you have CNN quoting "sources" (what sources?) that said she would not be indicted even before her 3 1/2 hour FBI interview which she again lied and said was a "security review". And finally, consider that Obama - who is the ultimate boss of everybody in the DOJ and FBI - had already weighed in on her innocence, as has Joe Biden - both of whom will be joining Clinton on the campaign trail this week. There is simply no way that Obama and Biden, and Elizabeth Warren for that matter, would endorse and campaign for Clinton if they were not sure that she would not be indicted.

When the DOJ fails to indict Clinton, we will no doubt see the media and Democrats far and wide trumpeting that she has been exonerated. However, declining to indict is often not the same as finding no evidence of wrongdoing. Often, the FBI may find quite a bit of evidence of wrongdoing but decide that the evidence of deliberate wrongdoing is nevertheless not compelling enough to meet their standards of probable conviction. If Director Jame Comey, or disgruntled agents who know the evidence, makes it clear that such was the case with Clinton, it will still be a very dark cloud on scandal ridden candidate the public already considers to be the least trustworthy and most dishonest one of our time.

Better still, in the likely event of non-indictment, would be the announcement that the FBI probe into the Clinton Foundation was continuing. Never forget that the FBI gave immunity to the person who set up Clinton's private email server - that would only happen if the FBI was assured that he had evidence they needed. Or forget that the same person took the 5th Amendment about 125 times in his non-testimony to Judicial Watch. Or that the hacker Guccifer was extradited to the U.S. in the middle of a jail sentence abroad to give information. Or the word from other "sources" (that word again) that the FBI had recovered a substantial part of the emails HilLIARy thought she erased and they did not contain merely personal information unrelated to wrongdoing.

If both the email investigation AND the Clinton Foundation investigations are concluded with no recommendation for indictment, then the fix is definitely in.
