There are many other documents that include "the rest of the world" as beneficiaries of the assets in the Global Debt Facility. Any disposition of any of the assets in theGlobal Debt Facility has to be
authenticated.Any disposition is going to be precleared by the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF, (or by the Board of Executive Directors of the World Bank if the Board of Governors of the World Bank assigns this power to the Board).

2. In a very important document of February 7, 1973** Dr. Jose P. Rizal makes
his Letter of Instruction and it is all there. It matches the instructions on page 2 of the World Bank Report of 2010 which, thereby, gains authenticity.

3. On March 8. 1973 Dr. Jose P. Rizal finally waives*** all his interests and rights to President Ferdinand E. Marcos who is appearing in the document as "Rev. Dr. Floro E.
Garcia".

JAD was officially declared dead on September 1974. That is not exactly correct but we
can leave it at that and hope that the evidence presented is good enough.

You are missing something. What is it that you are missing? You are missing the
people of the world, represented by the institutions set up by Jose Rizal.

I have not made myself anything. Either I am representing the world's peoples, or I am
not.
If I were not, you would not be giving me the time of day.

If I were simply "a nice image of whistleblower", then the people of the world would
have left me where I was and that would be that.

I have earned their trust. I do not intend to betray them. There you have it. No dice.

booked with old spies and well-dressed bankers and everybody is asking the same
questions: Where is it? Who has it? How can there be million of tons? That's
impossible . . . . Is it?
7. According to Marcos every account of the ASBLP Group of Companies is just empty
numbers until it is matched with the gold assigned to that account. See the Records in the Office of the President World Bank. The World Bank has officially recognized its
stance and accredited the accounts. You can cry foul as long as you can breathe.
Nothing will change the way Marcos has done it. Take it or leave it.
