Not that any legislation should EVER have to be brought forth to "protect or secure" our Rights, in these crazy days of "Covid-19", every little bit helps....

Two NH Bills that were recently signed by NH Governor Sununu, and became Law:

HOUSE BILL 220: AN ACT relative to medical freedom in immunizations...
I. Every person has the natural, essential, and inherent right to bodily integrity, free from any threat or compulsion by government to accept an immunization. Accordingly, no person may be compelled to receive an immunization for COVID-19 in order to secure, receive, or access any public facility, any public benefit, or any public service from the state of New Hampshire, or any political subdivision thereof, including but not limited to counties, cities, towns, precincts, water districts, school districts, school administrative units, or quasi-public entities..... (Became Law: 07/23/2021)

HOUSE BILL 542: AN ACT relative to the protection of religious liberty...

I. Notwithstanding RSA 4:45 or any other provision of law to the contrary, during a state of emergency, the state government shall permit a religious organization to continue operating and to engage in religious services to the same or greater extent that other organizations or businesses that provide essential services that are necessary and vital to the health and welfare of the public are
permitted to operate. (Became Law: 08/10/2021)
