I tend to agree. I was in a hurry this morning, and writing out a longer rebuttal wasn't in the plan at all. Shattering no illusions here, been there, read that :-)But Thank you for filling our readers in!

Our constitution is full of maritime law, corporate law and enough legalese to make your head spin. All done on purpose..

Based on my 30+ years of studying this matter, a U.S. citizen is a subject of the municipal corporation of Washington, D.C., established by 16 Stat. at Large, 419. That corporation restructured under bankruptcy proceedings at 20 Stat. at Large, 102, at which time it copyrighted names, including United States, U.S. and others. That corporation is foreign to the original jurisdiction Constitution, so the subjects of that corporation are not afforded the protection provided by the original Construction which deny the government the authority to infringe on rights which come from nature and nature’s God.

Sorry if that shattered the illusion of what citizenship is, but reality often does that.
