Judy Note: On Sun. evening 19 April rumor was that POTUS would soon be giving an order to activate the Presidential Emergency Alert System that would inform the public about activities of a highly classified operation. For four days people would be asked to stay at home as the National Guard and US Marines removed traitors and individuals who were federally indicted.

1. Later today Sun. 19 April POTUS will be giving an order that will undoubtedly spark significant civil unrest across most states.
2. Under POTUS authority, National Guard and US Marines will be coordinating an operation that will remove traitors and federally indicted individuals.

4. Mobility of US citizens would not be possible for no more than four days. Prepare and have comfort in knowing that we will always be with you.

8. This was an event of a Highly Classified Nature. We understand the frustration. However, civilian reaction to foreknowledge would ensure Mission failure.

C. Time Table of GCR/RV Events:
Wed. 1 April to Fri. 10 April there were Ten Days of Darkness (for the Cabal) where over 35,000 caged and tortured children were rescued out of cages in Cabal-run underground tunnels across the US. The Pentagon Pedophile Task Force was in charge of these military operations centered beneath major cities in New York, California, Florida and Washington. Apparently for months a secret US Military force had been sweeping an extensive network of underground tunnels across the US and into Canada and Mexico to rescue thousands of horrifically abused children. Last October alone 2,100 children were rescued from cages in underground tunnels at the California China Lake Military facilities in California. On Fri. 10 April after the rescue, President Trump declared all 50 states as Disaster Areas. The US was now officially functioning under Martial Law – needed in order to safely make Mass Arrests.
The next Wed. 15 April the Elders allocated Dubi 1 RV funds to be released under the condition that Tier 4b would be started immediately. That same day the IMF announced a Debt Forgiveness for different countries and the World Bank ordered the RV begun. In the US, that included the beginning of Stimulus checks deposits to Social Security recipients, while a few other countries had already begun sending out Basic Income checks to citizens – a requirement under GESARA.
The US Treasury was direct depositing 80 million Social Security Stimulus checks using data from the Social Security System. The release was stopped after depositing 40 million checks when it was discovered that around 1% or 400,000 Stimulus checks were deposited in the wrong accounts. It was my opinion that since that old Social Security system data base had been run by the Cabal, this was done to catch certain people in wrongdoing – which evidently they did.
Thurs. 16 April: US State Governors were asked to open up the economy within the next four weeks, while work was completed in Tier 3, plus most Paymasters left Reno with the expectation that everything would be liquid that evening – which didn’t happen because of the mess up in Stimulus check deposits.
Fri. 17 April: Since only 50% of the 80 million direct deposit Stimulus checks were sent out and 1% of them were sent to the wrong accounts, the Department of Treasury was under a lot of pressure to get it done and get it done right. The Admiral would do a final cleanup of reallocating Tier 1 funds over this weekend.

By Sun. 19 April the Cabal’s SWIFT Global Monetary System had been discontinued, with the new completely transparent and timely CHIPS system in charge. Members of the Cabal were no longer able to steal monies from either the US, or global monetary funds.

D. Mass Arrests:
Over this weekend thousands of arrests were going on of criminals – murderers of the Deep State – who had been released from certain state prisons using the excuse of the CV-19 scare. Arrests internationally were ongoing by the World Court police force Interpol, who were working with local police entities. Rumor was that Queen Elizabeth and Pope Francis had been taken care of. Within the last several months and although many of the over 170,000 sealed indictments had been acted upon, Mass Arrests were expected to begin Sun. evening 19 April and extend for four days.
