The Federal Government believes restrictions on the community could be eased in the months ahead if there's more testing, greater surveillance of those infected by the coronavirus and much faster tracing of those they've had contact with.

My comment: HERE YOU GO KIDDIES, you would not let us do this in the name of "fighting terror" but now that we have proven we are in charge we're doing it anyway, and if you don't like it and choose to not "give us your express permission", you can't work and you have to sit in house arrest until you decide differently.

WE ARE IN CHARGE, and when you have proven you're a deadbeat by choosing to sit at home until everything was lost including your house rather than take our surveillance so you could have worked and paid your bills - when your bad choices caused you to have no place to sit in quarantine, WE WILL PROVIDE ONE.
