This was sent into me by a RMN reader who is also a CGI member. I did do a preliminary search and have found many conflicting stories. Some comments, claiming to be from lawyers, say this is not a legit document or if it was filed the Judge would dismiss it until it was refiled legally. Others claim it was first filed on December 16th 2019 and amended several times. I'm not even sure if it's already been posted on RMN.

If True, Hallelujah! If not legal, it was a nice effort, so they still get high praise for bringing it to the courts.
