"Yesterday you posted a movie clip that involved elephants copulating, with no warning to Readers and with no explanation of what point you were making by posting it. I deleted that post as soon as I saw what it was; it was a shocking thing to suddenly run into in the Reading Room and should not have been inflicted on our Readers. It's concerning that you don't seem to know that."
It was supposed to be a shocking thing to suddenly run into. If you have watched that movie, the black hockey player was repeatedly stunned by certain situations that left him incapacitated and incapable of moving forward in his life, and the love guru was helping him to get over that trauma by a sudden shock to the senses. Also, the movie clip had the word "distraction" plain as day in the video. That is what it was for. To get people to snap out of the stupor they are in, about the recent propaganda that they have mostly fallen for, by seeing something that is not seen everyday.
Copulation is how we all got here. If people can't handle that, especially in the context I posted it, oh well.
People who have difficulty getting past mind programming, authoritarian lies, propaganda, are not going to be able to do so if you pander to their demands.
I have observed Rumor Mill News since the late 90's. I know there are narrow minded people, curious people, old people, young people, and the open minded.
I do not exist to conform to the personal preferences of others. And what would be the point to confirming their biases, cognitive dissonance, and narrow perceptions?
Preaching to the choir is useless.
Getting passed lies, uncomfortable truths, propaganda, and fear, is never easy. Of course people are going to complain, and be uncomfortable.
I choose music for its body moving motivations, I don't care about the visuals, but they are nice.
My tone can be subtle, smooth, rough, abrupt, callus, abrasive, whatever is needed at the moment. But most importantly, it works.
What about the ones who appreciate the effort? How many of them are there, compared to those that complain? And of those that complain, are they complaining for a different purpose than the one stated?
I am a loose cannon. I also know that I am an excellent loose cannon. People usually don't realize that until they have forced me to leave.
