Are they going back to the “Gold standard”?
HOW will that effect the people?

If they DO go back (give me that old time religion) to the “Gold standard”, gold prices most likely will go higher...much higher.

If they bring back the “Gold standard”, people will be placed into a FEUDAL system...which is not exactly pleasant!

The natural way is; “you cannot step into the same river TWICE”. In this light, this coming “extraordinary policy” cannot be the OLD “Gold standard” but some kind of variant or morphed “Gold standard”.
HOWEVER!
The operative word in the natural way slogan is “YOU”.

Figuratively speaking, the “river” in the slogan is the old "Gold standard". Those who were alive before FDR, they WERE under the “Gold standard”. Theoretically, - as it would be unnatural - they CAN'T experience again the “Gold standard”. They can't step into the same river TWICE. If they really want gold to be involved in their “extraordinary policy”, it CANNOT be the old “Gold standard”.

On the other hand, those people who were born AFTER FDR, they never “stepped” into the “river” of the old “Gold standard”, so for them, the old “Gold standard” would be new and they could “step” into the “river” of the old “Gold standard” the first time.

What you've read in the previous three paragraphs is a SMALL DEMONSTRATION of the logic of the bankers, HOW they STEAL the “SWEAT EQUITIES” of the people. USING LANGUAGE!
