Each 1,000 mg of vitamin C = 1 GRAM is = 1,000 mg

So 12 times 1,000 mg is = 12,000 mg, or 12 grams minimum daily requirement.
12 g is 12 of the 1,000 mg store pills.

You have 120 mg per pill.

So, 12,000g grams is divided by 120 mg milligrams, (or whatever size your or anybody's pill size is).

We need therefore need 100 of your little RDA pills a day to have what a 120 pound Billy goat makes automatically naturally daily.

So it is easier to find 1,000 mg size pills in general. That's only 12 (minimum or more) per day.

If you try and take too many all at once, the active oxygen produced next will start flushing you out fast = "the runs!"
