Between 10,000 and 20,000 protestors arrived in downtown Richmond to voice their disapproval for new gun laws. Contrary to reports of Antifa communist arriving to incite violence, only about 8 Antifa protestors showed up and walked through the area quickly without incident or attacks from the conservative crowd. It was obvious from seeing the group of Americans that it was not a white supremacist protest. There were people of all colors that were standing for the Second Amendment and against an over reaching state government. The great majority of the protestors stayed out of the fenced in area around the capital grounds. Some were carrying hunting rifles, back packs and wearing camo clothes. Others had pistols on their hips. At one point someone close to the fence hollered at someone to climb the fence and go kill someone. The group around the man identified him as an agent provocutear and shouted him out of the area. Here is an except of the incident from PJ Media:
"An incident occurred at the Richmond rally that has some people wondering if they've just discovered one of these opposition plants. The video below shows a thin man wearing army-style clothing and claiming to be a libertarian while encouraging someone who is speaking to "start a revolution right now" and "hop that fence and kill that guy." (but) crowd TURNS on him. "This is exactly what the left wants!" The crowd quickly turns on the man making the violent suggestions and starts loudly telling the cameras that "he's stirring stuff up" and "that's not how we are." The event-goers insist that the rally is a peaceful event and that they are law-abiding citizens, which is in opposition to media coverage of the event that has been predicting armed militia action and a repeat of the Charlottesville disaster. "I think what that guy just said was absurd," said another rallygoer in response to the agitator. "We don't believe in going and killing people. This is a peaceful rally." The agitator denied that he was trying to stir anything up but another protester replied, "We know what you are. You're an infiltrator. Get the **** out." (Unquote) Reported By Megan Fox
It was a cold day in January for such a large gathering, but there would have been quite a few more people at the rally if it wasn't for the fact so many warnings went out to stay away. It was feared that a false flag would take place, or a crazy person would start shooting and give the gathering a black mark and add to the push to take firearms away from the public. Fortunately the gathering of Americans was peaceful, civil and without incident. After the rally was over and there were no negative incidents Trump sent out this tweet: "I will NEVER allow our great Second Amendment to go unprotected, not even a little bit!"
Here are some responses from various citizens to his tweet on God Like Productions:
"Another Trump lie. Trump will take action to protect your 2nd Amendment about the same time he locks Hillary up. Lol"
"But Mr 2nd amendment caved to his daughter and her husband. Now Trump made you a felon for a piece of plastic therefore losing your ability to own a weapon and get a decent job."
"What Trump says and what Trump does are 2 completely different things. Trump said he would build a wall, end foreign wars, and arrest Hillary. None of that had happened. I do see gun confiscations happening and him doing nothing."
My comment: "Trump did absolutely nothing to defend the gun owners in Virginia. He didn't make that pro-gun statement until AFTER the rally in Virginia was over and no one was shot. He waited until it was safe to speak up. Thanks for nothing pal. That reminds me of a statement by our founding fathers that talked about the sunshine patriots that will join the cause after the battles, so they risk nothing. I am proud of the patriots that showed up for that rally against all the odds of it breaking down into chaos - they had the courage to be there and be counted with those that would stand for the US Constitution. Now we will see what happens next with the new anti-gun laws and the upcoming elections to boot out the liberals in that state."
The next thing we face in the nation is the impeachment charade, the lingering hostilities in the Middle East and the economy reaching a crisis point worse than 2008. Trump is neither fulfilling his campaign promises of 2016 nor is he following the playbook of the military industrial complex to go to war. Trump "the mysterious" is dragging his feet in presidential decisions because he wants to "make a deal" with someone, anyone - it doesn't matter. He is addicted to making deals that might "save the day", make someone money and then he comes out the "chosen hero of all time". These are the realties as I see them. I am against wars, but there are alternatives to war that Trump and other politicians aren't considering. And since he is not following the typical war cycle solution, the converging financial and economic crisis is still coming at us like a train at full speed. The only thing that can stop it this time is a world war - and I mean a nuclear war. Otherwise, we face a global financial collapse that will make the Great Depression look like a walk in the park.
