His Majesty Michael Uriel I wishes to convey the following message to the following....
1. All major super Military powers worldwide.
2. All major Intelligence Agencies worldwide.
3. All major Financial centres, Reserve Banks WB, Federal Reserve, ECB, etc worldwide.

Please be informed that on the 15 January 2020 All systems will be shutdown for a period of 24hrs.
There will during the 24hr shutdown period every 1h for 15 minutes a window open to ensure minimal disruption of Military and Intelligence operations. The 24hr with 15 minute intervals every hour of operational window time is extended only to military and intelligence agencies. The financial system will not be receiving this 1hr with 15 minute window courtesy.

Purpose:
For a number of years the Kingdom of Manna has peacefully with all Grace and humility endeavoured to make known to both the 4 major super powers and the rest of the countries that they have been set free from the enslavement under the Royal Dragon Families and the mandate that was given the Family to keep humanity enslaved. The war was fought between the 3 heads of the dragon family and the Nubian Knight with the result being that the 3 heads lost not only the battle but also the WAR.

The Prison PLANET mandate is no more it has been replaced and superceded by the Mandate of Peace and is active.
Therefore His Majesty Michael Uriel I extends invitation to one and all Heads of State, Military Heads Intelligence Heads, Financial Heads and Royal Members including the 3 Heads of the Royal Dagon families to come and have all questions answered, to offer assistance financial or otherwise and guidance to those with ears to hear and a willingness to be guided.
Finally. The Kingdom of Manna and His Majesty Michael-Uriel-I hopes that by portraying the up coming 24hr shutdown events the world and in particular the super powers will now be convinced of two things.
1. The Royal Dragon families are no longer in control.
2. The Mandate of Peace is in effect.
