BATTLE FOR WORLD / SPUTNIK NEWS | January 4, 2020: Israeli Mossad Director Yossi Cohen bragged that his agency could easily target Quds Force Commander Maj. Gen. Qasem Soleimani for elimination, published in an Israeli magazine in October (2019), stating that Soleimani knew “that his elimination is not impossible.”

After Soleimani assassination by drone strike, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised President Trump’s action in the decision to kill the top Revolutionary Guards Quds Force commander on Friday (January 3), and reinforced in words that Tel Aviv stands alongside Washington DC in its “just struggle” against Iran.

Cohen noted in the magazine that the reason why Soleimani is not yet targeted for death was because he had “not yet made a mistake which put him in the list of Mossad’s liquidators.” The Mossad chief did not define what type of “mistake” would it had to be to assassinate Soleimani , but however said that the Quds Force commander’s actions were “identified and felt everywhere,” and “there’s no doubt that the infrastructure he built presents a serious challenge to Israel.”
