I think it would be accurate to say 'were not fulfilled yet". None of us knows what's to happen next nor what those 130,000+ sealed indictments are about.

It's been pointed out that without all the focused attention on the witch hunt for Russian collusion, Trump would not have been able to accomplish the removal of so many regulations, which has been key to freeing businesses to create more employment opportunities, etc.

No matter where our attention is turned, there may be much more going on than we're aware of, including progress toward fulfilment of more promises.
