This is a follow-up to a previous post mentioning Fr. Martin's "novel", Windswept House.

M+ A year before his "demise" I drove to NYC to meet with Fr. M. As we sat in an Irish pub on 8th Ave he blew me away in what he told me. "Yes, 85% is factual. I had to make it [Windswept House] appear as fiction in order to get it published." He further said he was completing another novel that would be a blockbuster.
Said manuscript has disappeared.
His assistant, Bernard Janssen, lives in Canada.

About Fr. Martin's "demise" in 1999, I believe the writer put it in quotes because of the curious circumstances surrounding Fr. M's death. Fr. Martin died of injuries sustained from a fall down the stairs in his home. He was said to have been alone at the time. However, on his hospital death bed, he said, "I was pushed." He didn't see anyone, but whether the fall was due to a temporal or supernatural agency we will never know.

Fr. Martin was an experienced exorcist, and gave an excellent interview with Art Bell on the subject:
