I agree..

My Daughter is a nurse and she told me that while she was in nursing school, nearly half the class was there to get their welfare payments. You had to take classes or 'try' to further yourself (work or school) to get them in MO. Most would show up for a few months then leave. Almost all had schooling paid for with grants. I'm not downing those who applied themselves at all but few, if any really wanted to be there.....

She was regularly called a 'white beotch' but that's not racist, it's just a cultural thing .. yes?? (rolling eyes here) .. My daughter took out a loan and paid for her own schooling..

I think courses in ethics and morality should be taught in elementary and high schools as well as college, There should be psychological profiling and testing for people like police, doctors and nurses that are directly entrusted with human lives on a daily basis. Possibly lie detector tests

There should be whistle blower protection for those that turn in information about colleagues that are "off the rails"

Nothing happens in a vacuum. There were surely warning signs that people saw before this. People with that much hatred have a hard time of concealing it.
