No where does it say you have to stand or salute the flag. Only in regard to military regulations must one stop to defer to a flag. Standing for the 'national anthem' is complete conditioning

Wearing a flag as a bandana is against USC code 10. A black guy informed me of this, 8 year Navy vet. All the flag nonsense is uneducated rednecks. I am a white landscaper, former US Infantryman, and I never understood what the national anthem had to do with sports. Do you play the anthem before you go to work - every day? No you do not.

Kapernich did nothing wrong. Patriotism is being fed to us as a religion as the 'they' need to start another war. It's state sponsored bullshit. Even ranking military veterans are upset about the NFL using the military to sell tickets. And the money that passes hands between the NFL and what ever military contingent endorses themselves thru the NFL is astronomical. In addition is is illegal to use the military as a marketing tool. It is all illegal.
