The candidate of the Republican Party for President of the United States Donald Trump is reminiscent of schizophrenic characters such as those from the movie "Taxi Driver", near which you do not want to be, said in Sarajevo actor Robert De Niro, the guest of honor of the local film festival SFF.

For the role of Jake La Mote in "Raging Bull" De Niro was given the "right" "Oscar" and "Golden Globe".
It was psychologically and physically very demanding role, and De Niro in Sarajevo said that he decided to accept it because he immediately recognized that the scenario has a "lot of soul."
For comedic roles in which he played, he said that he loved them, but they see limitations. "There are some roles that can be played, and some who can not, and it is so," said De Niro.
About his directorial work - work on "The Story of the Bronx" and "Good Shepherd", he said that it required a lot of work. "Especially if you want to do it right. There are always some problems, budget, recording time. You really have to have the will to do it, and I was then," said De Niro.
