Interesting idea, but wrong.

It has been long recognized that the Earth's magnetic field is based on a large iron core in the center of the Earth. This core spins on its access, which builds the electromagnetic fields. These fields are exemplified by the "Van Allen Belts".

That being said, we can get to the meat of this stupidity. The core is known to spin up, slow down, stop, reverse, spin up; ad nauseum. The period is roughly 200,000 years. It is presently spinning down, and is destabilizing, like a toy top. This is indicated by the moving point on the Earth, of magnetic North. 20-years ago this drift was roughly half-a-mile per year, and was mildly random. Today this has become a drift to the South-West at more than 3-miles/year.

The point is now resolvable. The previous period, points out that this electromagnetic field was always stronger in the past, and will continue to decay. The point is, if there ever was a time to think in terms of electromagnetic radio telepathy, it was yesterday; because the flux was higher. Today the flux is decaying, this is seen in the reduced effectiveness of the Van Allen Belts over the last 70 years or so. The field will get weaker Into the next several Human generations, or longer.

The time for this theoretical phenomenon, has already past us by. And then, there's already the clear and proven 'real' telepathy, tested during our Apollo space flights and confirmed, using no detectable radio or electromagnetic spectrum, and having no discernable speed limt, traveling faster than light.
