Trace minerals are totally useless to your body unless they are in organic forms. Simply drink "good" (preferably what you made) distilled water to get rid of them inorganic trace materials without any stress on your internal organs.

If you are superficial, listen to the "experts" and their propaganda "studies" of "salt is bad for you".

If you have a grain of common sense, you use Natrium Chloride as much as your body wants it. Your body knows exactly (if it still has some health left in it from the poisons you fed it with because the "experts" told you the poison is good for you, like aspartame for example) what it needs and "good" salt is one of them.

You find much "kalium" or it is called "potassium" in English if I am correct in bananas. You can't eat more than half a dozen bananas on the spot. Most people top out at two or three the most.

What do you think why is that?
Your body doesn't want any more Kalium!
On the contrary, you can eat thirty times more Natrium Chloride than Kalium, without your body telling you it is enough.
