Permit me the luxury of a few, hopefully relevant, observations.

Firstly, it appears that Mercury is retrograde which signals a propensity for misunderstood communications and transport and IT glitches.

Secondly, my perspective on this post is clearly different to the dissenting opinions already posted and I am reminded of the John Godfrey Saxe poem of the blind men and the elephant which infers that an amalgamation of individual perspectives is required to gain a complete picture of a previously unknown item, concept or paradigm.

Thirdly, my perspective of your comments is also informed by yesterday's post from Swami titled "Societal Choice born Scarcity & Trim Crackers" (http://www.rumormillnews.com/cgi-bin/forum.cgi?read=17684) and the original article referenced in that post (http://www.harvardmagazine.com/2015/05/the-science-of-scarcity).

Fourthly, I suggest that your posted comments echo the findings in the science of scarcity article which clearly articulated that scarcity begets scarcity and that when the feeling of scarcity is constant, as it is for people mired in poverty, that feeling captures and compromises the mind.

Fifthly, there is ample evidence from the 'abundance' movement that what we think about we bring about - irrespective of whether our thoughts are beneficial or compromise the mind. A constant focus on an issue involving scarcity will surely create and give life to thought-forms whose existence is dependent on our maintaining that focus.

Sixthly, I would like to suggest a sporting analogy that might help convey how I see the 'scarcity thought-forms' capturing and compromising the mind. Think of perpetually replaying 28 of the last 30 seconds of a Super Bowl final and never knowing how the game ends because it is only in the last two seconds that the final pass could be caught for a touchdown - or not!

Seventhly, from my reading of your comments, I think you are expressing the point that sites like RMN need to ensure they do not get stuck in a perpetual 'Groundhog Day' loop and never finish the purpose for which they were created.

I therefore submit that the intention of your post is to point out that the way out of the 'Groundhog Day' loop is to act in a manner consistent with the Mahatma Gandhi quote "Be the change that you want to see in the world" - instead of just 'talking' about the change.
